This was a nice experience. Not only did my guide motivate me to bicycle all the way to Homer's tomb, but gave me a lot of information about the island's (Ios) history, ancient and recent. The trip included a visit to an orchard owned by my guide and his wife, and I got to taste some of it's delicious produce. We even visited the ancient site of Skavros. The guide was very generous about sharing his own life and engagement with the island's history and tourism industry, and had the ability to make facts and myth come alive. I would very much recommend this tour; it is definitely worth it.

Wow what an amazing guide and incredible e-bike tour! George, the operator, was super easy to communicate with to organise everything and picked us up/dropped off from our villa. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Ios, its history, its nature and everything you could want from an adventurous exploration of this rugged and beautiful island. His attention to every deal, water, cheese tasting and tour to the stories he’s gleaned from many locals really made our first day on Ios. More than a 10/10 for us and we really appreciated his time and care for everything on the day. Just amazing! ❤️ highly highly recommended.

This excursion was brilliant. George, my guide, was a wealth of information. He has written books about Ios, it's pathways, history and folklore. En route to the cheesery, we stopped and visited land owned by him where he is growing olives, pomegranate, almonds, grapes, oregano to name but a few. The ebike was first class and needed to be as we ascended steeply towards the cheesery, pausing occasionally to take pictures of the astounding views and listen while George continued to inform with a raft of background facts and stories. The cheesery was superb! Our hostess showed us around ancient dwellings, grain mills, old tools of the trade used, up until very recently, by generations of family cheese makers. The Cheese platter was adorable with 7 or 8 different cheeses, different types of honey, a salad with all local produce, washed down with a glass or 2 of a fine local Rosé. Our route back was particularly pleasant, partly because it was downhill pretty much all the way and partly because of the spectacular views and photo opportunities afforded by our descent. We clocked 27km for the round trip and as a man of pensionable age, I have to say it wasn't too physical at all. Do yourself a favour, book it up and go, you will not be disappointed

I was blessed enough to discover Ios Breeze after tirelessly searching for a reputable company I met Stamatis. He had such great knowledge of the Island and gave me the freedom to choose what I wanted to see. It was a breathtaking experience from start to finish. We visited Klima, Tripiti, Pikri Nero, Kalamos and Never bay. Stamatis communication from the beginning of my enquiry to the end of the boat tour was amazing. George gave us an experience that you won't find amongst your typical tourist activities in Greece. He took us on a ride which encapsulated the beauty and historical aspects of Ios.
