Our guide, Eric, was an expert cyclist with an impressive knowledge of Burgundy’s wines and history. He shared his expertise so kindly and patiently, answering the many questions we peppered him with along the way.I highly recommend this bike ride with Eric. We had a great experience on our bike tour and wine tasting with Valentin of Bourgogne Evasion By Active Tours. Valentin was an awesome guide and he gave us a lot of good information about the Burgundy region and the art and science of winemaking. He also explained why the Burgundy region is one of the best places in the world to make wine. We also had a great visit to the Domaine Bernard Delagrange to see how these wines are made and to taste some great Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We highly recommend Valentin an Active Tours in Beaune.

Paris cooking class extraordinary!
The experience was excellent. The chef/teacher was fantastic. He not only taught us great methods but also a treasure of food history dating back to the Middle Ages all the way to the present. He was excited with all our questions. To top everything, the food we helped prepare was delicious. Our chef, Paolo, was magnificent. Our fellow classmates, from all over the world made the evening special.

This was our second class with Le Foodist and both were amazing. Chef Paulo met our group at the market where he thoroughly explained the food and quality of ingredients. The experience was amazing, the food was incredible, Chef Paulo was charming and knowledgeable, and the families we shared the experience with were the icing on the cake.Thank you for creating an experience where you learn to cook, learn to appreciate the quality of pure and simple food items, and to share it with strangers that quickly become friends as we all learn together.

This is a 10/10 experience. Well paced from the market to the kitchen to the table. Frederic was fun, funny and engaging, personable and warm. But he’s also a phenomenal chef and teacher. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, ate a lot. Highlight of our trip.

Out of this world experience
I'm a female solo travel from USA. This was the first time I stayed out late for the show. So glad I did. The show was excellent. I've been to many operas, concerts, ballet performances, but this one is cream of the crop. Dancing, singing, props, costumes, gymnastics, acting, storytelling are delightful. It was really entertaining and unique. You got to see it. Excellent value for the money. Ask for SILVIAN once inside. He was funny and extremely helpful with dinner. Hahaha...He made me feel so comfortable and relax. Food was divine. Security was really good too. He assisted with a taxi as soon as I stepped out of the door. TY so much everybody for a safe, delightful and extremely entertaining evening. Will never forget. :) :)
