Is was an amazing experience !! The guides worked hard to make sure we had an awesome experience. We traveled several different places and waited until they saw activities. They were also GREAT at making sure we all got photos of the experience. I would recommend this 100%. I would even do it again myself.

Our guide Elena was outstanding! When Fairbanks was under cloud cover during our visit, our hopes dimmed for seeing the Northern Lights; but this tour company pulled it off! We watched the aurora dance for hours. Now we are looking forward to receiving the link for the professional photos taken during our tour, which is a service included in the tour price. Elena was considerate of our comfort every step of the way.

Fun activity for young and old alike. The ice sculptures were interesting . Highly recommended for people of all ages

The Dogsled and Reindeer Day Trip to Borealis Basecamp was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our Alaska trip! The dogsled ride was exciting, and it was amazing to see the strength and enthusiasm of the sled dogs. Meeting and feeding the reindeer was such a unique and memorable experience.The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. The scenery was beautiful, and Borealis Basecamp provided a wonderful setting for these authentic Alaskan activities. Everything was well organized, and we learned a lot about the local culture and animals.Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Alaska and looking for a fun and unique adventure!

What a fabulous experience great job by the crew of rods. Three of us went on the ice fishing had a wonderful time cooked up what we caught right there the entire group of seven went snowmobiling could not have been better. We were never called first rate equipment.

I am not a fisherman. My father was, and my father-in-law. My 14 year old son is and my 11 year old daughter is happy to take fish off hooks and tear worms apart with her bare hands. They had an absolute blast ice fishing for 5 hours, inside and outside of the nice cozy cabin right out on the frozen lake. My daughter caught the most (35+), and my son caught the two biggest fish of the day. There were plenty for the two other families that booked the same slot. The guide cooked delicious reindeer sausages, and then fried up the fish we caught (king salmon, silver salmon, and rainbow trout) which was incredible. The guide (Noah) was on top of it the whole time, taking care of the kids ( and adults) who didn't know how to fish and making sure everyone was having a good time. We'll definitely be doing it again next time we come to Alaska!

We loved our tour the dog sled was an incredible experience. Also enjoyed petting and feeding the reindeers. Would greatly recommend.

Elena and Ed gave us a fantastic, once in a lifetime experience!! It wasn’t the most vibrant or colorful display, but the brilliancy of the stars, the fresh air, the aurora and the pictures all made for a spectacular evening. There were snacks and a very comfortable van/bus. Thank you so much!!

Elena and Ed provided a wonderul experience! We were gone for almost 8 hours, driving in a very comfortable Mercedes van. They provided water and snacks for us and Elena spent a lot of time educating us on the science of the aurora. We started to see the aurora around midnight, but it was faint to the naked eye. The aurora became more vivid over the next 2 hours. Elena and Ed had advanced cameras to take many pictures and videos which turned out fantastic. They were so happy to see all of us excited. I see them as never-give-up guides that go the extra mile. To make things even sweeter, Elena gave us customer a piece of cake (which was delicious by the way) as a parting gift. Super people & customer focused. It’s clear they love their work. I would highly recommend this tour experience.

Ripley was a great guide! He made sure to give us plenty of information about each stop and was great at answering all of our questions. We never felt hurried and I especially enjoyed the Museum of the Nirth.

3 senior ladies never had a better time on a tour. Ripley picked us up right on time and gave us a day to remember. He was flexible, knowledgeable, personable and very patient - answering all our questions and making recommendations. 5 stars!

I have never been ice fishing before and wasn't a big fan of fishing. However, Trevor made my first ice fishing experience fantastic. I caught fish, ate a reindeer sausage and enjoyed some of the fish we caught. Trevor is a wonderful cook!!

This wasn’t my first time fishing, but it was my first time ice fishing, and Trevor made it an incredible experience. After a quick introduction and demonstration, even beginners will feel like pros in no time. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable and, on top of that, an amazing cook. I don’t eat pork so I didn’t try the reindeer sausages myself, but I heard great reviews . When it was time to eat the fish, he let’s you choose our own seasoning—I went with the orange pepper, and it was absolutely delicious. The four hours flew by because I was having so much fun. I’d definitely love to come back and try the night ice fishing experience next time!

Joey, the guy who led our sledding expedition, had just finished the Iditarod sled race last year and listening to him.Explain his experience was fascinating! Highly recommend using him for your excursion

Very good day tour. Saved a lot of money compared to staying there for 2 nights. We did the dogsled tour; dogs are so cute. Also met, fed, and pet the reindeers. They are definitely gorgerous. During our wait we enjoyed the winter trail, the flat tire bicycle, and had a good lunch. One thing though: the shuttles -- both directions -- are always late. The Fairbanks-basecamp was scheduled for 09:30 but hasn't arrived until 10:15. The basecamp-Fairbanks was scheduled for 16:00 but never showed until 16:35. Otherwise perfect.
