This was a fantastic trip and I highly recommend it. We saw gorgeous sites and Ross was an excellent tour guide. We even drove by the Kelpies on the trip to see at a distance, enjoyed feeding Highland Coos and had some ice cream on top of seeing all the other planned sites. A long day, but 100% worth every minute!!

This was an absolute wonderful tour. This is my second tour with the Hairy Coo and can honestly say that these are some of the best tours I have ever been on. The guides Lucky and Jason M were informative and kept the atmosphere upbeat. The tour lasts all day and it absolutely worth the price for so many reasons!! The sights, the company, the coos!! There was the perfect amount of people on the tour as well, it didn't feel overwhelming nor scarce.100% recommendation for your trip to Edinburgh.

Where to start.... we hemmed and hawed about 3 days on a bus- but to see Skye, we decided to go for it. Our group of 4 is thrilled that we did! We saw a lot, learned a lot, stayed true to the itinerary and had great lodgings in Inverness. Dougie, though, our guide and driver, made it special. His stories were interesting and he made it fun! He was respectful and told silly dad jokes. He gave great recommendations, as well. I tried not to pepper him with Outlander questions 🤣 Honestly, we enjoyed our road time a lot! We would recommend this tour as a great overview of the Highlands and Skye 💙

Greg was a wonderful guide and very safe driver. It was a very convenient way to visit various parts of Scotland. We didn’t do the boat ride and took time to enjoy lunch, shopping and walking around the lake which worked great for us. Pick up and drop off were same place and it was very convenient. Great and relaxing day tour!

A full day with lots of stops along the way. The tour guide knew so much and was so funny. I appreciated the timing of the breaks and photo ops. This is a fantastic way to get a taste of the highlands if you don’t have a car to go on your own.

Such an amazing trip and honestly so much better than I expected. The scenery was incredible, but what really made the trip special was our guide, Scott.He had such great energy and was so knowledgeable, well-prepared, and genuinely caring throughout all 3 days. You could really tell he put a lot of effort into making sure everyone had a great time.Scott made the whole trip so fun, interesting, and memorable. Absolutely wonderful tour and great experience. It was definitely a long day (12+ hours) but Adam (driver) and Jack (guide) made it entertaining the whole way. It was a fantastic way to get a taste of the highlands and learn so much history along the way. From the curated playlist to match where we were to the humour, I cannot recommend it enough. I especially liked that they had some quiet time on the bus on the way back to Edinburgh to allow the sleepy people some time to rest.For those with motion sickness, this is a twisty-turny tour, so prepare with whatever you need to be okay on it. It’s worth it! The drive back is also mostly highway, so once you get through the first half of the day, you’re set!

We had a fantastic tour with Blair. From the first moment my family and I met Blair, we knew it was going to be a fun tour. He was on time and dressed in Scottish-style clothing. We have never met a tour guide who was this proud and so excited to show us his home country. Blair provided us with a huge snack trunk and drinks ... yes, this came in handy as we munched all day in the vehicle. We never felt pressured or rushed during the tour. He paid close attention to detail when it came to things we wanted to go see. We did not have to repeat anything twice. Honestly, it did not feel like a tour; it felt like visiting a friend's home country. I can't name other tours this chill, and it turned out to be the most fantastic memory of our trip. Thank you, Blair!

Great time!
Torva was an excellent tour guide. It would have been difficultly navigating the windy highland roads on our own. Accommodations weren’t luxurious but always full of character and had what we needed. The activities were enjoyable and full of historical information. I’d definitely recommend this tour to someone who wants to see the Highlands!
