Good excursion near Quito
Daniel did a great job and guide and driver, giving us an insight into Ecuador's history and culture, in addition to the sites we saw. We first saw Pululahua Crater from the observation area. We had a good amount of time at the Intiñan Museum, where there was an on-site English guide taking us through the cultural exhibits and fun Equator demonstrations. Then the nearby Mitad del Mundo, where he climbed the historic monument built where they used to think the Equator was.

Our tour guide Diana was amazing! The hike to the swing is not for the faint of heart but she was patient and encouraging and we did it!Quito was a great experience both educational and interactive. I balanced the egg on the nail and got my certificate but couldn’t walk the straight line.It was my birthday and Diana even surprised me at the end with flowers! Overall, a great tour.
