Top Bulgaria Dance Lessons

The instructor was a very good teacher. She made it easy to learn and was very patient while we learned the dances and made pictures and videos with the traditional outfits. It’s easy to see that she loves sharing her culture.

It was a really fun experience. The teacher explained the different dances very well and we learned a lot, I wish the activity had lasted longer and learn more steps. Highly recommended if you like music and dancing.

Absolutely great local experience diving deep with the locals, authentic dress up, authentic food, warm and welcome. Would come back for sure. That was really good!

We cannot say enough great things about this experience – it was truly one of the highlights of our trip!!!We were so fortunate to have Baba Yana as our main grannie – she is so full of life and so much fun! She chatted away in Bulgarian to us the whole time like we could understand her, laughing at her own jokes. I am smiling and chuckling to myself thinking about her while writing this review.Her lessons on the food prep and us helping with the food prep was so great. And THE FOOD – the food was spectacular!!! THE BEST Bulgarian food we had our entire 11-night stay in Bulgaria! And SO MUCH food – no way we could eat it all! Oh, and the Rakia was good, too. ;)Then we were dressed up in traditional Bulgarian clothing, and the grannies played the accordion and sang to us.It was such a special and heart-warming experience – we didn’t want to leave, and wanted to take Baba Yana home with us!!

Very well organized and fun activity. The agency as well as the teachers were very professional and helpful.

We loved this hour of dancing. It was beautifully run with rest time between energetic dances, for photo opportunities dressed in traditional costumes. I would recommend this highly to anyone who enjoys dancing. Thank you Daisy

Deshka rocks! Wonderful time, very unique! Never exprienced something like that. Full send to the grannies who showed us the local culture, food, traditions, we even get our hands on cooking and souvenirs making. Absolutely fantastic!!!

We liked the experience of learning to dance with the teacher, she was very pedagogical and allowed us to put on the traditional outfits (very pretty). It was a great way to discover more about Bulgarian culture and its traditions.

A very fun time with a dedicated dancing trainer. She is a tip top teacher and we felt warmly welcomed :)

Very well made and frankly somewhat fancy dance costumes we got to try on while dancing. We also learned three types of folk dances from three different regions. (how much you get to dance in the lesson depends on the learning speed of the group) Overall it was a wonderful cultural experience. Teacher was very nice and very encouraging. Thank you!

Excellent. So much fun. Perfect for our anniversary celebration. Dressing up, dancing and Instagram worthy photos and videos make it well worth the effort.

Learning the basics of traditional bulgarian folklore dances was super fun!😊 We also liked the fact that we could try on some traditional clothing.
