Absolutely amazing experience! A huge thank you to Jason, Charlie and our driver, whose name I unfortunately can't remember. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They made us feel comfortable and looked after throughout the entire experience. The balloon flight itself was unforgettable and a highlight of our time in Alice Springs. Highly recommended!

Very fun, friendly guides & pilot. Informative and relaxing. I was disappointed because I wanted to see the ridges around Alice Springs but we didn’t go there. That was my fault for not clarifying the flight route before booking. Absolutely magnificent sunrise compliments of Mother Nature.

Awesome, we were picked up from our caravan park on time . Jason and Eric made you feel very welcome. At the launch site everything was explained about the flight. Take off and landing were very smooth Jason was an excellent pilot . The sunrise and views were magnificent. Packing up the balloon was loads of fun . Champagne and snacks was a lovely finish to a beautiful morning

Pilot Duncan and his Assistant/Driver Kersten were extremely professional and made us feel completely safe which in turn helped with any anxiety I was feeling as a first time flyer.All safety intructions were explained well and clearly by Kersten (as a captive audience) on the bus before we took off.Amazing WOW experience. Sunrise flight was absolutely stunning.Duncan was knowledgable about the area we flew over as well as answered any and all balloon questions asked.Even the pack up was part of the experience and not too hard at all.

A great way to enhance tge experience for our friends
The chase experience was a fantastic way to enjoy this beautiful early morning activity. It was a super way to photograph our friends from outside as they went up in the balloon. Chasing through the bush to the landing site was great- and enjoying the guides storytelling over a glass of champers was fun.
