There is one sign being redone that is part of a puzzle, but online pics were easy to find. All the puzzles were well tested and none of the other physical clues have changed.

This was so much fun! My wife and I did the escape room and had such a great time. My wife is from the Portland area and i have been here for about 10 years and the places it took us and what we saw were completely unfamiliar. There were the common stomping grounds but we learned so much about our city. It was a great inexpensive day. It took us about 3 hours to do after walking into random stores we found along the way. I couldn't recommend this enough.

This was an incredible find! Our extended family has been visiting Ashland for decades, but this was our first visit to the Scottish Play escape room. Our group ranged in age and experience, so it says a lot that EVERYONE loved it. The rooms are decorated beautifully and many "Easter eggs" point to the Scottish Play (exciting our nerdy group), but no background information is required to solve the puzzles. The clues were clever enough to be challenging but also achievable enough to stay fun.I loved working with their staff. Booking was easy, communication was clear and timely, and they were responsive to specific needs of our group. Our guide was considerate and funny - taking photos, answering questions, and sharing stories before sending us off to break the curse. We definitely would have been lost without his guidance, but he didn't make anyone feel stupid. (We did that on our own...) After our visit, I received a personalized follow-up message checking in. The care and pride taken in this experience are obvious.It took a lot of convincing to get our group to give the Scottish Play a try, but we had such a wonderful time that we're planning on visiting the Ramblin' Rogue Saloon next. It also piqued my son's interest in Macbeth...and Scottish garments. Thank you for the memories!

This was an amazing experience!! The host was extremely good at knowing when to help out, and the various pieces of the metaphorical puzzle were so fun to work through!!!

Other than that is was snowing we had so much fun We were laughing and giggling the whole time going from location to location solving it like a real murder and we had so much fun and would like to do the second episode when we can

We did the walking murder mystery. It took us around town and to some places we hadn’t seen before. Because it’s self paced we stopped for iced tea then again for a sweet treat. We cut out one location to save time but the location picture, the map and the audio clues had all we needed. We made our arrest over dinner and all in all it was a lovely day with family.There is some adult language and innuendo but the teenager with us had a fun time and enjoyed participating. We will do the driving game next time we visit.

We bought this for my son after he moved to Portland. He and I did it together as part of my visit. We both had a great time! We saw fascinating things. We had just the right amount of hints if needed. We both have done many escape rooms and this was right up there with those but involved exploring the city instead. Made a fun afternoon, easy to pause and grab a bite to eat. Take pictures even shop a little.

This was a mother's day gift from my husband and daughter. We really enjoyed the experience as a family, to work together and figure out the clues while being outdoors and learning more about Portland. It’s good for all levels of experience because if you get stuck there are different hints you can open up. The box they give you is really cute, has letters, props, a pen, and instructions to solve the mystery. It was a lot of fun I'd recommend it to families with kids 5+ yrs old.

We had a such an amazing experience at Escape Ashland! Three generations of our family went, and we all had a blast! Zoey was so warm and enthusiastic, and gave the perfect amount of patient assistance. We would definitely recommend this experience.

My husband and I did the Scottish play escape room and it was so much fun. Moderate challenge level and staff very helpful with hints. We enjoyed it all the way through!

Best value for the money. Bonus that it was a nice sunny day in Portland and there was World Cup activities and downtown was lively. Kids and adults both enjoyed the experience and I would do one every week if there was more. Highly recommend the wholesome fun family/Friends activity. Can't say enough positives about the experience. It was challenging in the right ways and the hints helped move things along nicely.

Lots of fun! Will have to do another city. We saw lots of things we normally would not have found on our own.

This was such a fun experience! Just a great, creative way to explore a city. I went with 2 siblings and we made a day of it. We live in Portland and discovered things we had never noticed before. So fun!!We had to finish the puzzle at home cause we had hungry doggies, but we were given everything we needed to solve it!This provided hours of entertainment and we are actually planning a trip to a new city just to to do another one!No complaints here, and looking forward to solving the next city puzzle!Thank you Escapely for making it a fun day for me and my siblings!!

My teenage son wanted to do an escape room for his birthday, so he went with his best friend and they had an amazing time. They said it was engaging and fun, and they were thrilled about the whole experience! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who might be interested in going.

We had a wonderful time doing this adventure together as a family. It was a great way to be outdoors and explore a little slice of downtown Portland.
