Excellent I had a great time creating my own fragrance. Going back today to get them to help me make a lavender fragrance

This was so much fun. I took my 13 and 15 year old granddaughters and they had an awesome time. Very informative, scientific, and engaging. Our instructor was patient and very friendly.

My wife and I and a friend learned of this unusual opportunity for something different to do while in Charleston, and we were not disappointed. We arrived for our scheduled appointment early and were greeted and started our adventure sooner than expected, which was great. Our instructor gave us a foundation and offered every possible tip to creating our own fragrances from 3 base scents out of 10 options, and trying different combinations from an alphabetical “organ” of about 75 secondary scents. Once we tried our magic 3 combos on each wrist and one on the back of the right hand, we were advised to freely go outside for nose/scent clearing, and decide which one was “the one” for each of us (although we each ended up with 2 of our distinctive scents because they were our personal creations!), then added distilled water and alcohol, and poured our concoctions into 55 ml bottles, for which they made individual labels for each with our chosen product names. We were then treated to champagne and received certificates for completing the class. This was a fun and unusual experience and we now have scents to remember that experience. Thumbs up!

We discovered TIJON as we were walking back to our hotel. Creating my own perfume was on my list while in Charleston. The manager, Eliza Nix, was awesome. Eliza was thorough in explaining the walk-in process to create a perfume. Kudos to Eliza on her excellent customer service. Thank you again Eliza for helping me create my first perfume, Divine. I have received many compliments on my perfume. Creating my perfume at TIJON was fun & one of my favorite activities in Charleston.

Absolutely informative and whimsical treat. My partner and I both really enjoyed discovering what we liked and were thrilled at how much we had in common. You learn and get to create something special that will remind you of your time in this magical city. The associate was patient, helpful and friendly. The value was exceptional for the experience and I am already recommending it to my friends and family who are looking to visit Charleston. Bravo Tijon! You knocked it outta the park!

It seems expensive, but the experience was worth every penny and you get a lot for the money. The host was knowledgeable and parking is free.

What a great solo event to book. I spent a good 1 1/2 hour at the place. It was a neat experience. Afterwards, you get a certificate, gift bag and the perfume scent you created along with a toast of champagne. They even keep the scent on file for future purchases. There was a gal in the group that was there making her own new future wedding fragrance. Highly suggest for bachelorette parties. I found a lipstick class I may be booking also. Definitely worth the money spent here.

I was looking for a unique experience and Tijon delivered. You actually get to create your own unique fragrance. You get to choose from a myriad of oils. You use three oils per beaker and you have three beakers. You choose the mix you like best and then you create your fragrance. The young lady who led the class (a group of 5), was super helpful about which oils went well together. She did not interfere and only gave her input when asked. I adore the scent I created! Before you leave, champagne is offered and a toast is made. You also get to chose a small bottle of perfume and are given lovely smelling soap and an atomizer. I received an e-mail about the composition of my fragrance in case I would like to order more in the future. I had a lot of fun as did my niece who accompanied me.

We were celebrating 1yr wedding anniversary, me passing my RN state test, and him 3 years with a new heart. Hayley was amazing and very patient. She was informative and my huisband and I had so much fun. Autumn was there to assist she was sweet and bubbly. I recommend to all and we look forward to going back again next time we visit.

We were three ladies on a cruise with a stop in Charleston. We had all been there before so we were looking for something to do other than shop and walk in the blazing sun! The chance to make our own personal perfumes was something we had never done before. This was such a good time! Caroline was our Tijon representative that day and she couldn’t have been sweeter or more helpful. She guided us through the process of being a “nose” in the scent business and gave us helpful hints until we all found our favorite scent combinations. This is a wonderful experience and you go home with your own personalized perfume that no one else has which is truly the best souvenir you could ask for!

We had so much fun!! My husband and I have our own collection of colognes and perfumes, so to be able to actually make our own signature scent was amazing!! The hostesses were very organized and helpful throughout the entire process. We called ahead to make sure that we could bring our own bottle of wine and they said it was fine. We we arrived they provided wine glasses and a chilled container to keep our bottle cold which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this experience for couples as well as groups.

We had a fantastic time! Our leader was so friendly & easy to work with. Our custom perfume scents are so grrat.

My daughter and I had the most amazing time at Tijon!!!! The professionalism, knowledge, and care of the staff is just the best!!! I can't say enough about how great this experience was!!! I highly recommend this experience for ANY AND EVERYONE!!!!!

When we arrived at the address on website the building was empty. No sign or anything informing us that the establishment had moved. The owner of the building walked up and told us that they moved but didn't know where. We weren't the only people to meet at this address so it really should be changed on website. I had to research more to find new address. Once we found it my friends and I had a great experience. We stepped out of our comfort zones and loved every minute of it. We walked away with fragrances that we made and absolutely love. It was a lot of fun. I highly recommend TiJōn.

My sister and I had the best time taking a “make your own perfume” class—honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Charleston. Danny, our instructor, was amazing. She was so kind, welcoming, and effortlessly cool, and her knowledge of fragrances was seriously impressive. She took the time to understand what we each liked and guided us in creating scents that felt perfectly us.The whole experience was fun, interactive, and so memorable—we couldn’t have asked for a better activity to do together. On top of that, the shop itself is adorable, filled with the cutest little gifts and so many fun fragrance finds. We left with our custom perfumes and such a great memory. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Charleston!
