This is a great experience. Audrey and Stevenson really show how Polynesian cooking uses local produce (mostly from their garden) and in the course of a few hours we were able to prepare a wonderful lunch. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent experience, first class day tour with a touch culture. We were looked after from start to finish. Tour guides were warm and friendly. Delicious lunch. Topped off with beautiful traditional singing.

We had a fabulous day on Seventh Heaven. The value for money is exceptional - definitely worth it! We booked direct through the website and had the pick up and drop off from the hotel which made it stress free. The welcome song, well signed seating I had pre paid for, the beauty of the water, the delicious drinks and food made it all worth it. There were a lot of people however it didn’t feel crowded. The staff are beautiful, they felt like friends at the end of the day. Because they are so kind the guests are to which made for a lovely environment. I had a 11 and 12 year old with me who both had the best day jumping off the play form, swimming and laughing. We can’t wait to come back! Also I had questions and the responses were fast during the booking stages which gave me confidence in the company.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! From being picked up from the ferry by Fraser to the highlight of the day — the zipline tour.Poppy and Connor were absolutely amazing. They were both friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and native bush. If you are considering this excursion, DO IT! This was, without a doubt, the most memorable day of our two-week trip between Australia and Fiji. Our day started early at 6:30 a.m. when our driver, Praneed, picked us up from Denarau Island. The drive to our destination was about three hours, but honestly, the time flew by. Praneed made the drive so enjoyable by pointing out interesting facts along the way and answering all of our questions. The scenery along the way was beautiful, too. When we arrived, we were given lockers for our belongings, and I was even able to rent a waterproof bag so we could take some things with us. We gathered our tubes and boarded the longboat, which took us to a small village. We had the opportunity to learn about the village, the people who live there, and how a portion of the excursion fees helps support the community. We absolutely loved learning about their way of life and the different plants they use for medicinal purposes. It was such a meaningful part of the experience. After leaving the village, we continued down the river by boat and stopped for a short five-minute hike to an absolutely beautiful waterfall. You can swim at the bottom of the waterfall, and we had plenty of time to enjoy it. It was truly breathtaking! Afterward, we enjoyed lunch in a beautiful area set up with tents. And I have to say — the food was AMAZING! It was actually the best food we had during our entire time in Fiji. Then came the tubing! We floated down the river surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery we have ever seen. It was peaceful, fun, and absolutely gorgeous. Then something happened that made the experience even more special. After we had been tubing for a while, all of the guides began singing. At first, I honestly thought they were playing music on a radio because they sounded so incredible. But they were singing themselves! Sitting in a tube, surrounded by God's beautiful creation, listening to those beautiful voices was incredibly emotional for both my husband and me. It is one of those moments from our trip that we will never forget. ❤️ Our guide, Dougie, was absolutely wonderful. He was so personable, energetic, and full of life. He made everyone feel comfortable and included, and he took pictures throughout the entire excursion. We were able to purchase the photos afterward for only $20 Fijian, which I thought was such a nice touch, especially since we were nervous about taking our phones with us on the river. I believe our boat driver's name was Siya, and he was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this excursion to everyone! The only thing I wish is that the rest of our group, who were staying at the InterContinental, could have joined us. They didn't go because they weren't sure whether transportation was available from their hotel. If you're wondering about pickup, contact the company! They told us they can pick you up from anywhere, so don't let transportation questions keep you from booking.Yes, it is about a three-hour drive from Denarau, but the drive is absolutely worth it. The scenery, the village, the waterfall, the food, the tubing, the guides, and especially the singing all made this an unforgettable experience. We traveled around Australia and Fiji for two weeks, and this was our most memorable day of the entire trip. Thank you to Praneed, Dougie, Siya, and the entire team for giving us memories that we will treasure forever. Vinaka vakalevu!

Amazing - excellent service. No matter The price, the crew made it worth every penny. The snorkeling off the floating destination was unreal. I would do it again and so would my family of 7. The crew was engaging and welcoming. Really put the whole thing over the top as a fabulous day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely fantastic two days with Paul from Unwind Tours!We had the most amazing two-day tour exploring the beautiful Margaret River region. From magnificent wineries and fabulous five-star food, to underground caves, incredible flora and fauna, and even some wonderfully quirky little coffee shop stops along the way — Paul made sure we experienced a bit of everything!As it turned out, we were the only two people booked on our tour, but that didn’t deter Paul at all. We essentially ended up with our own private two-day tour, and it was exceptional!Nothing was ever a problem for Paul. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and so much fun to spend time with. We absolutely loved his sense of humour and the banter — there were plenty of laughs along the way!The minibus was extremely comfortable, the itinerary was fantastic, and everything felt relaxed and unhurried.Paul genuinely went above and beyond to make our two days memorable. If you’re visiting Margaret River and want to really experience what this beautiful region has to offer, we couldn’t recommend Paul and Unwind Tours highly enough.Thanks Paul — we had an absolute ball! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great walking tour around Melbourne. Well paced. Our guide Froggy (MA) gave us a comprehensive overview of the history, laws, culture and interesting insights into Melbourne life. Food was very generous and plentiful. Froggy actually made us a nice homemade treat to have with a delicious coffee first stop! I would recommend this tour we had more than enough to eat and drink and it was a very personal tour, we found it so interesting and loved the food choices!

Good food , good service, good views. The crew were very helpful and friendly. The boat clean and well maintained.
