Puebla Travel Guides (Updated October 2026)

We had a wonderful time visiting Puebla with Dave. The attention from the team was excellent from the beginning. Before the tour, they contacted us with useful recommendations about what to bring and explained clearly where to meet.Our guide was very kind, patient, and attentive throughout the tour. My husband and I have some difficulty walking quickly, and he was always very understanding and willing to wait for us. He also adjusted the pace of the tour so we could enjoy everything without feeling rushed.We really enjoyed the tour and felt that we got to see a more authentic side of Puebla, not just the usual tourist places. Our guide was happy to answer all our questions and share stories about the places we visited.At the end, he even gave us some extra time so we could enjoy the sites at our own pace. We really appreciated his kindness and patience. We are very grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puebla

My partner and I had the best time with Karol! She was punctual, super friendly, and shared awesome local stories. Her food spots were 10/10 you HAVE to try the tacos árabes and oriental pizza she recommended. Highly recommend!

I booked with another girl from my hostel and our day was amazing!! Mario was so kind and thoughtful. He was absolutely hilarious and enjoyed we hiked at a steady pace where we could both keep up. We took regular breaks to adjust to the altitude and were provided with equipments (including hiking pants, fleeces, gloves, poles, raincoats, helmets), food, snacks, water and electrolytes. Overall Mario was a fabulous guide and I would 100% recommend. It was a very quiet hike with only occasional other hikers. We got picked up around 5:30am and were back home around 5:30pm so be prepared for a long, tiring but amazing day!!

Mario was a wonderful guide up Malinche! We felt we were in very safe and capable hands as we ascended to high altitude. He made sure we took it easy and was clear that it was about the journey, not the destination. All necessary equipment and food was provided at no extra cost. A great experience and beautiful views!

What a lovely cooking class. I wanted to really understand some traditional and common foods of Mexico and Puebla and I got that and so much more. As a former chef I still love food but my passion for it has changed in the last couple years. Alisa and chef Alonso were caring, knowledgeable, and passionate about the food we were making and the culture it surrounded. It was the first time in years that food has made me emotional and it was beautiful. Delicious flavors. True chalupas. This is no Taco Bell!!! First we went to a near by famous market to learn about and choose out ingredients. Back in the kitchen we learned about techniques and flavors. The most important thing… time. Taking the time for the flavors to build. I cannot wait to receive photos and come back to learn more.

I absolutely loved the chiles en nogada. I was amazed by how they're prepared and all the ingredients you need. I enjoyed all the experience.

A wonderful experience, excellent staff. One of the best dishes I've ever tasted. Chiles en nogada have become my favorite Mexican dish.

So attentive. Our flight was delayed & they were patient. It was raining & they brought umbrellas to help us on the walk to the shuttle. They even had a cute bright sign with my name and smiley face so we can easily locate them waiting for us after baggage claim. Vehicle was clean and they have a movie on for the long ride to our hotel. It was 8 of us and we were all so impressed with the quality of service especially since we landed at 11pm. We all 10/10 recommend!!! :) Thank you!!!

Super recommended, friendly service, and a magnificent tour to learn about the gastronomy of Puebla. I hope to take another of their tours on another occasion.

It was nice that we all went to a local market in the morning to get ingredients for this class. In the cooking session, the chef kindly showed us tips and techniques of Salsas and Moles as well as its process. An assistant lady was an excellent interpreter from Español to English. The Mole with chicken breast was turned out to be very delicious. I guess all ingredients that we used for this cooking class were very fresh. They told that a tour coordinator would be sending me all recipes after the class. However, I haven’t heard from them yet at all. If you are interested in local culinary with a cooking experience, I think this is the one you want to book.

Guide and driver super friendly!! Which made the experience fun! The narrative was excellent and not boring with a smile always. My parents love not being rush the guide walk a little slower to accommodate there pace. My father feel like he was and another era, transferred in time he say!!

What a perfect day! Edgar was an superb guide...his in-depth knowledge of the area, his ability to communicate in English, and his flexibility were greatly appreciated. We've been on many tours in Mexico and Edgar stands out as the best of the best! We saw so many interesting places on the itinerary, plus a few that were not, as it was on a Sunday and we were able to go to some weekend-only markets. Not only the churches...the Palafox library and the tunnels were a highlight The dinner at the end of the day was excellent and included a number of Puebla specialties, like mole poblano.

It’s always amazing to discover things we didn’t know about every corner we set foot in, a wonderful experience.
