Ecuador 2026 Calendar of Events

What a great trip! So much fun to hike to base camp. Our guide was great, we enjoyed the history lessons and instruction he gave us to make the hike. We really enjoyed Ivan our driver who let us practice our Spanish!

We had an amazing time with our tour guide Pamela today, Pamela was professional with a good attitude and making jokes to keep everyone entertained.We got lucky with weather at the time of year, we managed to get some nice photos and make memories.The driver of the tour bus Jonathan was excellent and picked us up, took us to our tour destination and then safely dropped us back off at our hotel.Would recommend to anyone looking to discover about Cotapaxi and it's surrounding national park.Although the tour does not include food / drinks, we was able to take breaks to acquire snacks before the trip and before return back to our hotel we was taken to a nice place to have some home cooked food.

We had an amazing day with Adrian! Our favorite day in Cuenca so far. We loved hiking around the lagoon at Cajas, which was beautiful, and seeing the view at the top. The company made it easy to reserve and get picked up, and Adrian was an incredible tour guide! He taught us so much about Cajas and Ecuador. He was kind, funny, and very passionate when teaching us about the beauty of Ecuador. We would absolutely recommend this company and Adrian!

Daniel was a great tour guide, seamlessly explaining the areas we visited in both Spanish and English. He was so informative and friendly!

Diana was a great guide. She was punctual, professional, knowlegable and lots of fun! Feeding the hummingbirds was magical and the hike thru the Mindu Cloud Forest was challenging but rewarding and beautiful. Our last stop was a coffee tasting and we loved it! Overall a great experience and a great day! We highly recommend this tour!

Ximenez was a great guide. She showed me what I wanted to see and did her best to get me back to my hotel in time. She knew a lot about the plants and animals in the forest and even took me to a great coffee place.

We tasted local fruit in the market, took supplies from the Mkt to the cooking school and learned how to prepare delicious Ecuador dishes. We loved our experience. Brilliant tour we highly recommend it.

The tour was absolutely fantastic! Michael, our guide, was simply amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. He made the tour truly memorable. I can’t recommend this tour and Michael highly enough. If you’re considering booking, definitely go for it!

A very relaxing, informative, and fun tour! The sunny weather was perfect to catch a view of the Cayambe volcano. We had an Andean delicacy tasting, a short bus show, and a very unexpected concert! The short walk to the waterfall was refreshing, and shopping at the traditional Otavalo market left us satisfied (and penniless!). Thank you so much, Diana, for all the interesting facts along the way, and to Silvio for the smooth ride back and forth!

Cristian picked us up at our place, and the 40-minute drive to the park was filled with history about Cuenca and Cajas. He chose just the right hiking route so we got the most out of the tour. His knowledge of the park, the vegetation, and even the birds was extensive — pointing out species and calling hummingbirds with their specific sounds. He speaks fluent English. Highly recommend the tour company and Cristian.

Luis was so fun to talk to. He told us a lot about Ecuador. He also was curious and wanted to hear about our country. We had a great time talking and learning from each other. He drove very safely, especially when the fog was thick coming down the mountain.

This was an excellent and memorable experience. My husband and I really appreciated learning more about Ecuadorian foods and delicious unique Andean fruits. We will definitely be making some of the recipes we made during the cooking class. Highly recommend.

Eddy is amazing! His English is flawless, his knowledge of Cuenca’s/Ecuador’s history and culture is bottomless, and his care of and attention to us tourists is exemplary. I saw and learned so much in just a few hours. Highly recommend this tour with Eddy!
