Very nice boat trip! Super friendly staff. André was our guide and knew a lot to tell and his English is excellent. Definitely!!

I had the most wonderful experience doing the Zaanse Schans boat tour with the lovely André! As a solo traveller, the experience was lovely. I believe the boat I was on was one of the quieter ones I have witnessed, with only myself and 2 other groups of 2 (5 in total, excluding our skipper).The tour itself was super informative, where I learned finally about each windmill, but more excitingly the reason behind the Green Houses! (if you know, you know). I also felt that 25 minutes was more than enough time to really enjoy yourself on the boat.André himself was super catering to both the English speakers, as well as the Dutch speakers on board, even though the tour I booked was "English only". I really enjoyed hearing both languages and understanding everything clearly. He was also super catering to those asking questions about certain windmills. With our skipper being very friendly, the atmosphere on the the boat tour felt very comforting. I felt like I was in safe hands!Overall, I would highly recommend going on the Dutch Boat Tour while in Zaanse Schans. For the price, you will have a great day our and learn something new in the process! Brownie points if you go on this tour and mention my name as I would love to know if you do this tour due to my review! Our tour guide was wonderful and we had the best time! Zaandam is someplace that everyone should! go! The windmills and the cheese factory and wooden shoemaking tour are amazing! Very worthwhile!

Our captain and tour guide was Derek. He was SO accommodating and helpful. We had a bunch of travel issues and he worked around them so nicely. Very informative as he is so knowledgeable on the area. Highly recommend.

A top afternoon with a very enthusiastic captain guide...and weathering the rain. It made it extra cozy and we stayed dry. Nice news and the drink offered at the end was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended...even with less good weather.

The driver was excellent. He gave us umbrellas since it was raining a little. Both places where beautiful and we were very comfortable in the bus

We had such a great experience with this private photoshoot at Zaanse Schans. My partner and I are not used to being in front of the camera, but Zoey made it effortless. She’s an amazing photographer—super fun, professional, and patient. She guided us naturally through the poses and made us feel completely comfortable. On top of that, she knew all the best hidden spots around the windmills and captured everything beautifully. Highly recommend if you want both a fun experience and stunning photos to remember it by!

I was there with my boyfriend, we went to the meet up point by ourselves which is about half an hour from Amsterdam central station, the transport is very easy and the photoshoot was amazing, we walked most of the outdoor photo points, the photos turned out to be very professional and beautiful, the process of the photoshoot is very chill, she made us very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We did 2 wonderful tours with 2 amazing and well knowledgeable guides. The first one that I booked was planned and that’s the Zaanse Schans and Volendam semi private tour with Victoria as our guide. The second one was the private tour in Rotterdam and Delft which was customized for us by Cherry (also our guide in this tour) since my original booked tour was cancelled by a different company few days before the set date. It was nice of her to accommodate us and make it happened. It made our trip memorable.

It was excellent! We really enjoyed the windmill area and Usman was an excellent, personable guide. He answered our questions and provided information about the areas we visited. We enjoyed the clog making and Stroopwafel making demonstrations, too. Volendam was very picturesque…great fish, too. We really enjoyed the personal tour guide for a small group of 8!

interesting and short. It is worth it; the guide is very good. I recommend stopping in Zaandam first, as you can see the village in half an hour.

We had an amazing time at Zaanse Schans! Our photographer, Yang, was so friendly and professional. He gave helpful posing tips while letting us feel natural and relaxed. The whole session was fun, and the windmills made such a stunning backdrop. The photos turned out good!. Highly recommend for anyone wanting unforgettable memories in this iconic location!
