Rich was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, patient and kind. He made sure everyone in our party felt safe. He stayed by my mother in law to help her overcome her fears! 10 out of 10 recommend Rich! Our first visit to San Diego would not have been complete without sailing with Captain Doyle around the San Diego Bay. He had extensive knowledge of all of the vessels that we saw including United States Military vessels, as well as other others and their historical significance. Cabin oil was also able to point out all of the landmarks and structures that were on the coastal area.

Fantastic experience - Captain Ryan was awesome. We went out early afternoon and it was outstanding.

Very cool experience and great history

I absolutely loved this sourdough beginners class by the sea! The instructor was absolutely amazing – knowledgeable, patient, and so engaging everything was explained in such incredible detail, making the whole process, feel approachable and easy to understand, even for a complete beginner. The class was not only informative, but also genuinely fun and relaxed. I learned so much and left feeling excited and confident to start my own sourdough journey. The beautiful seaside setting made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn. The art of sourdough is fun, welcoming, and hands-on environment. An absolutely wonderful experience!

Love the tour, it started on time! Tour guide Brad had a lot of knowledge and was funny! We were shown a lot of cool areas of this beautiful ball park!

Kelly and I had such a wonderful evening sailing with Captain Doyle and Spectacular San Diego Sailing on their Sunset Cruise!Captain Doyle put us in the perfect spot to take in an absolutely beautiful San Diego sunset, with incredible views across the water and of the downtown skyline. Throughout the sail, he pointed out different landmarks and points of interest, but also knew exactly when to simply let us relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy the moment.It was peaceful, personal, and such a beautiful way to experience San Diego from the water. The sunset and skyline were spectacular, and Captain Doyle made the entire evening feel easy and unhurried.Definitely one of the highlights of our time in San Diego. We would absolutely recommend Captain Doyle and Spectacular San Diego Sailing to anyone looking for a memorable sunset experience!

The tour guides are absolutely amazing!! They are very knowledgeable about the water and what’s in it. They let you know what to expect and they are very patient with you.

Matt is a lovely guide! He is very knowledgeable about the creatures of the ocean. He sent clear instructions for the meeting point and provided us with a great time. On our trip snorkeling Mission Bay, we saw fish, jellyfish, some fun little creatures, and there was a juvenile octopus, although it was a bit hard to see. He took pictures of everyone throughout the trip and sent personalized albums a couple days after the trip. It was fun to get in the ocean and learn with Matt! Recommend.

It was a wonderful experience we had Abby and Danielle and they were both great. Just so you know there was only one cave that you paddle through. I thought there would be more. But the check-in process and the safety was great.

This is a walking tour; it’s not clear in the description that you will be walking to all the stops in the itinerary. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, a hat, and sunscreen. Judy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and high energy. She even saw some creatures she had not seen before so that was fun, too.
