Our experience with this local small business was truly exceptional. Art and his wife provided excellent communication and were accommodating, even going out of their way to fulfill a special request during our tour. Art's local insights added depth to our adventure, and we were treated to remarkable sightings, including a brown bear, two totem parks, salmon-filled rivers, a pristine beach, and a breathtaking waterfall. We wholeheartedly recommend this company for an unforgettable local experience.

Johnny was a fantastic tour guide of Ketchikan. He was very knowledgeable of the area, provided interesting/funny stories, and took us to some areas where the “usual” tours don’t go. Unfortunately we came late in the season so didn’t get to see any bears and not as many salmon but Johnny made up for that with his stories and museums he brought us to. He even gave us his homemade smoked salmon which was amazing! Highly recommend taking this tour.

Tim answered the phone, he was super helpful ahead of our tour, and our tour guide Jamie was amazing! Friendly, informative, down to earth and happy to be a part of our day! The plus was that we were able to see Bald Eagles and Seals along the way. Definitely recommend 👌

We went at the end of season, so it was just 2 of us and the tour guide. She was lovely. She engaged with us and answered all of our million questions we had about the area, Alaska, pretty much any question we thought of. We were lucky enough to see a bear on our trip which was exciting. Really Really a must see tour if you have the chance. It was such a lovely experience.

Art is a phenomenal tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the land and very personable. He is easy going and will take hikes, fishing, viewing totem poles and museums, watch for bears, etc. He works around what you want to do on your tour!!!

Seeing the areas around Ketchikan. Saw wildlife, learned the culture and history of the clans of the area. Learned a little about the way of life living there. Did not get to see any bears, bummed about but that’s not in anyone’s control. Maybe on my next visit

I recently had the privilege to experience the "Husky Tales and Feats Tour in Ketchikan," it was nothing short of marvelous!! Walking around while gaining insight into the rich Alaskan history, culture, and locals felt like a unique, immersive adventure enriched by the delightful company of energetic huskies!Our daughter (1.5 years) loved the tour and with a little effort, it was stroller-friendly. The best path had stairs and we carried the baby and had help with the stroller.

Lisa our tour guide is Alaskan Native. She is passionate and proud of her heritage. She was constantly pointing out things to see on our drive. We enjoyed visiting & learning about Totem Bight state park and Potlatch totem park. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the bear but she went beyond our time to spot the whale. We did salmon creek / ladder on our own which gave us more time for the rest of the tour.
