After a river cruise ending in Basel and spending the day we were going to wander over to Zürich for the chocolate museum. Arno picked us up on time at our hotel early in the morning as arranged. The vehicle was spotless and spacious. We easily stored all of our luggage (4 adults). What a great time and a good value. Arno is knowledgeable and personable. We got a well balanced tour with a broad array of activities covering many interests. Then he dropped us safely at our Zürich hotel that evening. Highly recommend booking with Niemi.

Our trip to Lucerne and Interlaken was action-packed! I went with my 71-year-old parents and we all loved it. The train ride was relaxing, and our guide, Juliana, did a great job making sure we knew when to get off and sharing information about the sights along the way.Lucerne was definitely the highlight, and I honestly wish we had more time there! The guided portion includes visits to two churches, which was a nice introduction to the city. Interlaken was also nice to see, but we had very little free time there—probably only about 20 minutes. If you have a sweet tooth, be sure to check out Vittorio Vanni for some delicious Swiss chocolate!There was quite a bit of walking in both cities, so come prepared. Overall, this was a great way to see both places in one day, and I would definitely recommend this trip!

We had the best tour guide I’ve ever had on a trip. He was well informed, friendly and patient with all our questions. I would highly recommend taking this tour with Nico! It was a speculation day from beginning to end.

This "airport transfer" turned into a top 10 day. We're a 72-year-old couple who travelled through five countries with our lifelong friends to celebrate a 70th birthday. Aarno showed up 30 minutes early. The four of us already knew we had a new friend in Aarno. Aarno's friendly style and knowledge of Switzerland was just what we hoped for. We had a disappointing Rhine cruise because of low water, but this day saved our adventure. It began with a scenic ride toward the Alps in a very comfortable MB van to Interlaken where we made several memorable photos beside the beautiful twin lakes. The cable car ride to Murren was breath taking. We had lunch at a restaurant overlooking an endless valley with snowcapped Alpine peaks and parasailers floating above and below. Aarno joined us for lunch and helped us negotiate the cable car and winding alleyways of Murren. We bought the most delicious chocolates in Interlaken. We arrived at our hotel in Zurich exhausted and smiling. During the entire day we laughed with Aarno as we shared "Sopranos" stories (we're from NJ) and Grimm fairy tales. We hugged Aarno goodbye and vowed to meet again.

Such a fun way to experience Basel! I loved walking through the city while learning about its history and, of course, tasting delicious Swiss chocolate along the way. The tour was interesting, relaxed, and a perfect way to spend a beautiful afternoon in Switzerland. 🇨🇭🍫

Juliana was very personable and knowledgeable. Gave us a nice overview of history, culture and architecture of Basel. We did this tour on our first afternoon in Basel. She was helpful in orienting us as a well as offering suggestions for dining and museums to visit making the rest of our stay more enjoyable.

It was a fabulous 3 hour walking tour of the major sights in Basel. Our guide, Paola, was outstanding. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about the sights we saw. She had fun stories and gave us recommendations for restaurants and shops. She paced her speed to our needs. Great experience! Best guide ever

We went to beautiful villages. Everyone always talks about Colmar but we liked the other two better. They were smaller and retained more of their charm. The tour was at our own pace so my mom didn’t get overwhelmed. Our driver is very knowledgeable about all the places we went to.
