I had to come and add our 5-star review for this amazing gem of place and it's superstar owners - Kelly and her husband, Phillipe. When booking our trip to Provence, the only thing I knew I HAD to do was a cooking class and I discovered La Belugue online. The location was perfect - close to Aix en Provence where we were staying. I convinced my husband and two teenagers to go with me, and we had the best time. The location is beautiful and quaint and relaxing - a lovely villa next to a vineyard in a teeny French town. Yes, the kitchen is amazing and set-up perfectly and the outdoor space was gorgeous (making fruit tarts under a canopy of vines, dining in the shade of a giant tree...) but what made the experience was Kelly. You could tell she had thought of everything and the cooking experience was perfectly organized and paced. She made sure to involve everyone (including my teenagers) and made it seem effortless. The food we made and ate was the best of our whole trip. Phillipe joined us for lunch and was lovely as well - their story was so fun to hear about while we ate. It was silly hot that day but the Rosé was flowing and the other family we met was fun and we truly didn't want to leave. When people ask about our trip to France, I spend most of it raving about La Belugue. Do yourself a favor and book it!

We left from the cruise port in Marseille, and we were afraid we wouldn't have enough time to fully enjoy the day, but Anthony, our guide, is a true professional. He is very organized, his itinerary is designed to help us discover the most beautiful villages and have enough time to enjoy each place. We were completely relaxed throughout the day. We were back to the ship on time with wonderful memories in our heads. Thank you, Anthony.

We had a day in the city on our first visit to Avignon. Our tour with Clement was the perfect way to see and find out about the main sights as well as many other interesting places and facts we would never had found ourselves. We were the only people on the tour and it was a very hot morning but Clement took care to take things at our pace. He was able to impart his love for his home city and was very knowledgeable. My daughter-in-law and I had a truly fabulous time learning to cook a French meal with Kelliy! Her kitchen is beautiful and the ingredients were all fresh and locally sourced. Kelly gave friendly directions and taught us a few tricks along the way. I highly recommend this activity so you can bring a little bit of Provence's life back home with you.

Fantastic and thorough tour of Avignon. Helped us discover things about Avignon that we would never have learned without significant reading time or a much longer stay than the 2 days we had. Great overview of the city and helped us discover a great museum that we likely wouldn’t have found on our own. The only “glitch” was that (as stated in the description) if you were surrounded by thick high walls the blue dot that showed where you were on the downloaded map would disappear. My husband and I were in Avignon for just a day. This was defy the way to go. Informative talks at each stop about the history and each place as it is now. We even happened upon (due to the audio tour) a free museum with Egyptian and Greco-Roman antiquities. Fantastic! We did it at our own pace which is great with any medical issues or age related issues. I highly recommend this!

Doing the wine tour with Béa felt like meeting up with an old friend over glasses of wine. We immediately fell into a comfortable conversation, learning all about the region and what goes into the winemaking. She is clearly very knowledgeable on the region, the wines, and knows the folks who work in these wineries. We arrived late due to train delays and Béa put us at ease, adjusting the winery reservations to accommodate our lateness. She even helped direct us to our hotel after to make sure we found our way. We highly recommend a tour with Béa and will be recommending it to any friends traveling to the region for an authentic experience! Thank you, Béa!

Our tour guide, Jerome, was outstanding! He was fast paced, which we wanted and received, as well as a very knowledgeable 'historian' of the town. We saw the popular sites as well as several sites that were not at all mentioned in most short descriptions of the town.....very insightful. Great recommendations for restaurants and shopping needs along the routes. And, he had perfected the spots for stopping in shade during a very sunny, warm day....appreciated! Definitely recommend Jerome and this tour.
