Top Moab Multi-day Tours

The narration made the drives much more pleasant and provided information to make the experience that much more rewarding. We visited Zion, Bryce Canyon and Moab. Since we visited in late September the crowds were much more manageable. The audio guide is suitable for all ages.

Don’t see the parks without the tour! It was interesting and helpful. I enjoyed the stories immensely.

It took me awhile to understand how the audio tour worked but once I did, the audio was well worth it.

We bought the Moab shaka guide bundle through Cool Destinations. We have used the Arches park and La sal mountain loop tour so far. Let me tell you it is the best money we spent for our trip to Moab area. The guide, we called him Fred, was guided by gps so he was spot on on our location at all times, directions were perfect and more importantly, we got a lot of detail and accurate information on the sights we were seeing in real time.The app can be paused if you hike or exit the car and it resumes right where Fred left off. The detail , stories and information of Arches and La Sal mtns and what we were seeing was incredibly helpful. Otherwise we would have been just looking at the red rock formations or the mountain ranges and would have no idea of the significance.We all loved Fred and his narration, the music during interludes of driving was soft and soothing and Fred had a nice voice and sense of humor to boot!Don't hesitate to purchase and we certainly will buy the guides to do other parks in the future. Can't wait to do the Canyanlands tour tomorrow.Thank you Fred, you are the best!

I got the audio tours and used all three. It’s very nice to have the history, geology, etc besides just directions. I definitely recommend these audio tours. I had a little trouble with the beginning of one tour. I think the GPS had a little trouble finding us when we started but it caught up and was alright.

This was an incredible trip. The guides were the best we have ever known or seen. Each of these young people had so much energy, hustle, knowledge, strength, and fun personalities. We felt as if we were treated like royalty. The meals were nutritious and very delicious. Also, the guides set up and took down camp quickly and efficiently. They guided the rafts expertly across many challenging rapids. In the end, we felt like those young river guides were part of our family. This was an experience we will always remember and an adventure we will never forget. Thank you Adrift Adventures and especially the river guides, Wes, Kia, Porsche, and Turner. We are still enjoying the group of tours we purchased. We’ve listened to 2 driving tours and enjoyed the stories and information. It even helped us navigate a confusing route in the Grand Canyon - we would have been wandering around without it !

Back story: Our family has done one day rafting trips and we go camping. We figured we would try combining them into one memorable trip, so we did the 4 day Desolation Canyon Trip and would say that it is great for everyone! It was even better than we all thought it would be.From the beginning, Adrift was easy to work with...getting questions answered about the equipment and finicky eaters. Once we arrived in Moab, we checked in with Myke at the office and he provided dry bags and explained that the equipment was already on its way to the let in point. It was an easy and smooth check in experience that still allowed time to explore Moab.The next morning, two adults, two newly minted teenagers and another double digit kid started what would turn out to be a phenomenal 4 days that exceeded all expectations. After driving to the Moab Airport, we boarded a 6 seater (yes!) flight that would take us over the beautiful landscape of Moab so we could get to our put in point. The Green River was in view and we got a sneak peek of where we would be rafting.Once back on ground, we met our amazing guide, Everett. He got us loaded in the raft and we headed down the river. Everett was the linchpin to the memories we created and the good time we had on the trip. His focus was twofold; first and foremost the safety of everyone in the raft and then us having a fun tim. He has tons of experience on this section of the river, and this knowledge was shared with us through stories and things pointed out on hikes. The kids didn't realize they were learning something, but talking afterwards it was great to hear how much they retained.On the water, Everett took us through fun rapids (Class II and IIIs) that I think everyone would find fun. When in stretches between rapids, we had the green light to swim in the river and the kids loved floating along effortlessly.On land, Everett, Zach and Kat (two other guides on other rafts) made us feel at home. They worked to set up the kitchen, prepare tasty lunches and dinners and pointed out some easy hikes for us. Menus are different each trip, but first day, my family opted for sandwiches, day 2 was chicken caesar salad wraps and day 3 was taco salad wraps before traditional deli meat sandwiches on day 4. First night dinner was ribs with tortellini and vegetables, day 2 was chicken fajitas and the last night was steak with asparagus and potatoes.We took hikes to see petroglyphs, old mining homes and some unbelievable views in general.One big question Adrift answered, but still didn't make sense until on the trip was the bathroom. Away from camp, there was a toilet set up that gave privacy and views of the river and canyon walls. The simple system also make is clear if the bathroom was open or in use.Our family is already looking to do another multiday rafting trip, perhaps Cataract Canyon with Adrift, but in the meantime, Adrift will undoubtedly provide you and your group the best experience in Desolation Canyon.

We did the Cataract Canyon Express (2 days) with my 11-year-old daughter. This is our 4th trip with Adrift Adventures (Fisher Towers, Westerwater Canyon twice, and this trip), and we keep coming back. Each and every time, the service has been exceptional. Owner Mike has personally called us to make sure they fit us in, the process is always smooth, our guides have been fun and knowledgeable and totally professional. These guys have incredible training in rapid navigation. I have always felt safe taking my daughter on these trips. And they're helpful in any way they can be: we needed a hat and they had an extra, water bottles, they helped me set up the tent, food is always prepared in a sanitary way. Bring your GoPro or waterproof camera and upgrade to the scenic flight above Canyonlands. Special shout-out to guides Charlie, Rizzie, and Cam for their expertise on this adventure!

We did the 2 day Cataract Canyon raft for my bachelor party weekend and it was nothing short of amazing. Everything was coordinated well with the drop off and pick up. We aren't outdoorsy people and we felt safe the entire time. Our group can't stop talking about the thrills going down the Big Drops and camping in the canyon under the stars. Added bonus was taking the single prop plane back over the canyon to finish off the trip. Cam was our guide and was super knowledgeable throughout the trip. He worked hard to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Also, his cooking beat the local restaurants in Moab- no joke. Would highly recommend this trip and company.

The tour was superb; the history and geological facts were excellent. Easy to follow the route. The narrator was easy to understand and made the tour very pleasant. Highly recommended. Look forward to touring again.

The GPS technology is spot on.... and amazing. It was truly like having a personal guide in the back seat.

We enjoy hearing the history of the area and the recommendations for stops and hikes. This has definitely added value to our National Park trips
