Top Moab Float Trips

Due to river levels, this is a very mild ride through beautiful scenery. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our guide, Phil, was informative and fun. We had a nice picnic lunch in a little beach during the afternoon. The half day trip was the perfect amount of time. Water and lifejackets provided. You will want to get in the water and you can. Bring/wear sunscreen!

This is a wonderful, very personal trip on the Colorado. Joe is very knowledgeable and informative. Both him and Chris were great!!

Awesome family float trip. Joseph was a great guide. Even though we offered to paddle, he did all the work. We just rested, took in the beautiful views, drank lots of water, and ate salty snacks, which were provided.The rapids were small, so this is a safe, family outing. I highly recommend this float trip on the Colorado River. Create lifetime family memories, and take incredible photos.

We had a great trip down the river. From check-in to check-out we could have not had a better experience. Our guide, Jay, was extremely knowledgeable and so this trip was educational and fun! The river was so peaceful and relaxing with just enough rapids to keep it exciting. Big shout out for the entire crew for making our first rafting experience a great one!

My friend is more adventurous than me… so when she sent me the link to book I thought she made an error. But when in Moab you try all the things and we did just that. I am happy to report that I had a great time. Our guide was phenomenal. Everyone was helpful and had great conversation. We would do it again!

We enjoyed the half day float (with some swimming!) along the Colorado River and would gladly return for another. Our 6 and 9 year olds loved sitting at the front of the boat watching out for rocks and taking in the scenery. The staff and our guide were great as well.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Early onto the water and more or less had the river to ourselves. Guide was excellent and not only made the trip safe and fun, but also educational talking about the resident flora and fauna. We rafted with our two sons 6 and 8 years old and they had a great time. 10000/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing full-day rafting trip with our guide, Darren! He was very friendly, funny, and professional. He made us feel safe the whole time and explained everything clearly. We just finished a day rafting trip with Mild to Wild through Desolation canyon. This is a fun trip and a great recommendation if you are a bit leery about rafting through rap ids. The rapids are pretty mild being class twos and threes but still fun. There are a lot of stretches of water where you are simply floating but you have beautiful scenery to look at and we also spotted wild horses, bighorn sheep and blue herons along the way. We took a couple of side hikes to see petroglyphs and one to see an historic Ranch. Our guys was informative about the mountain ranges, geology, history skiing with sharing the names of the various rapids as we encountered them. It was also fun to have the opportunity to use two men kayaks at your option both on the float part and through the rapids. The guides were careful to tell you the path to follow through the rapids and how to handle any mishaps you might encounter. We can highly recommend this rafting company based on this trip and on several other trips we took with them previously. You also have a few opportunities to swim if you wish or just to dunk yourself to get cooled off. First off, it's great fun bring on the water with amazing scenery of canyon country as you float by. But, the high rating is also based on how friendly, helpful, skilled, knowledgeable and safety oriented the rafting guides are. They work hard from early morning to late evening to keep your trip both safe and fun. And they are always happy to answer any questions and to try to fix any problem you might have. . You are provided 3 great meals a day along with snacks. For example, we had chicken fajitas, creamy pesto pasta with Italian sausage and salad, and finished with steak and potatoes for our 3 dinners. If you have special dietary requirements you simply advise the company ahead of time and they will provide gluten free or sugar free or other accommodations. As a extra bonus, you are given a large insulated metal water bottle for the trip. If you don't have your own camping supplies, you can easily rent or buy some from them ahead of time. Of course, they also loan you two dry bags for the trip including a a small one for on the boat during the day and a large one that you use each evening to carry your clothes sleeping bags, etc

The half day rafting trip was great! Very well organized with comfortable transportation to and from the drop off points. Sam, our guide, could not have been any better! He pointed out interesting facts along the way, offered us several opportunities to swim and cool off, and was just a friendly guy! The experience was well worth the cost and would go again in an instant.

We had an amazing full day rafting adventure in Westwater Canyon!! We would definitely choose Adrift again when visiting the area. Right off the bat, we felt taken care of with clear communication from the kind owner, calling us a couple of days in advance to make sure we had the best trip possible.Our guide, Tyler, was absolutely top-notch. He filled our day with fun stories, facts about the geology of the area, and more. His passion and knowledge rafting was evident.We were impressed by the lunch spread mid-day, and loved the adrenaline of the rapids in the afternoon. Our kids (age 14, 11 and 11) had a blast and made memories to last a lifetime.Thanks again to Tyler, Phil our driver, and all the team at Adrift for a wonderful day!

We just did a rafting tour in Moab on the Colorado River with Jo, owner of Way 2 Moab, and had a fantastic time. We'd done our research on rafting tours beforehand, and Way 2 Moab is nothing like the typical "load thirty people onto a school bus" operation. Jo and his main man Chris took our family of four on a memorable, personalized trip down the Colorado. Jo is incredibly knowledgeable about the river, Moab, and the surrounding area. The trip struck the perfect balance: relaxing stretches mixed with real fun on the rapids. Highly recommend if you want a more intimate, expert-led rafting experience.
