Fun, tasty and educational tour of a working farm where several kinds of cheese are made. We watched them make the stretchy mozzarella, and had the opportunity to shape our own piece. After the demonstration, we were served a sampler plate of cheeses, cured meat and ginger yogurt, along with a small cup of wine. We enjoyed the experience!

Luigi was the perfect guide, he is very knowledgeable about the history of Taranto and a super considerate host. The tuk tuk was the perfect way to see the wider area of Taranto

Terrific time. Lucia gave a good presentation of the farm and the processes of cheese making. The picnic afterwards with wine cheese etc was great.

We had a wonderful time in this workshop! Simona was fun, energetic and very informative about pasta regional traditions. Very hands on guidance on pasta technique as we made orecchiette. We also made, with her guidance a traditional Puglian Sunday lunch. It was a full meal with lovely company. She also showed us her trulli house and taught the history behind it. I highly recommend this workshop and would attend any other classes she offered.

This was genuinely one of the best experiance in my life. Simona’s passion and knowledge of Italian cuisine is impressive. As a host she is warm, funny and makes you feel at home. The pasta and food we made was traditional, simple, and absolutely delicious. I could happily have stayed for days to try and absorb more of her food things and tips. There is no way you could go to this class and not come away a better cook.PS - don’t cook Carbonara with spaghetti or you will be chastised.

There are many workshops so I hope for a fun experience and that was this; a recommendation. Not just because of making the pasta. Good explanation in English, different family members ran around to help including grandma who with a few tricks brought the dough to the right texture. The sauce was made live and then eaten at a long table with water and wine, different focaccia varieties, burrata with cold cuts, the pasta, cookies, and espresso were all delicious.

Everything about this tour/experience was 10 out of 10! It was informative and interesting. The icing on the cake was the amazing cheese plate along with wine that you receive at the end of the we didn't expect such an incredible meal. I highly de me d this tour!

It was great, totally worth it and the cheese was delicious. I would highly recommend and come back.

Great way to get around especially in the heat. This little vehicle can get to narrow streets in old town that otherwise would require you to walk. Useful for less able.

Beyond the more famous town of Alberobello as well as Ostuni, I recommend a short stop or a night in Martina Franca and Locorotondo. Martina Franca is probably the least touristy, very clean, and carefully maintained; a Leccese coffee or a quick lunch in Piazza Plebiscito is excellent. Locorotondo is more unique, more touristy, and beautiful to wander through its narrow streets.

It has been fantastic, the self-guided tour is extraordinary, it is concise and easy to use.

We spent a wonderful morning on a boat in the company of friends and colleagues, amidst the sea, relaxation, and lots of fun.A special thanks to Vincenzo, skipper and owner of the boat, for his availability, kindness, and professionalism. He welcomed and accompanied us with great attention, making us feel at ease immediately and allowing us to enjoy the day in total serenity.One of those experiences that truly leaves a beautiful memory. Absolutely recommended!
