Juan 139 our guide was great! He was super knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Had a good sense of humour. Always happy to give extra information or take a photo. When we got to chichzen itza we made a couple suggestions in terms of order of things which worked really well. Great communication throughout the day we never really had to ask what next.Our driver Jose was a good safe driverIn terms of the length of visited I think 2 hours at chizchen itza was enough it was super hot. As the day went on more and more people started to show up so I was glad we were outta there by 10.30He has also gone out of his way to get a spelling mistake corrected in the Mayan calendar I bought and is going to bring me a new one tommorow

Everything about this excursion was perfect!🤩 I would definitely do it again. The whole boat crew was outstanding and the versatility of options to do for everyone. The adults only choice was also a nice option to have.

This was a great tour, especially if you’re short on time and just want to see the Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza. Many of the other tours take much longer because they include side trips to a Cenote and etc. But this fit my schedule perfectly. Great, knowledgeable tour guide, bottled water, sodas and snacks as well as sandwiches for lunch provided.

If you’re ever in Cancun, this excursion is a must! Beto was a really great tour guide in being able to give us details about the history and culture about the Chichén Itzá. The cenote was an absolutely breathtaking view. Would absolutely recommend, 10/10!

Juan 139 was our guide during this tour. He gave us an overview of Maya history, walked us through the history’s sites and helped us to find perfect spots for great pics.

Before i talk about how amazing this trip was, PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR CARDS, DO NOT TAP at the island or anywhere close USE CASH ONLY. NOW, the trip was great, the experience was smooth from communications, pick up to activities, the host guide made was incredible, the snorkeling, the water was super clean the sand…. The island is definitely worth visiting, it takes you to a different era of Mexico. The only thing I didn’t like was the staff (not the main guide) like the bar tender and some others, their tones and the way they acted with guests felt like they were forced to be there, and me having a business myself, that’s not the way to talk to clients nor the face expressions you give them. 😊

Really had a great tour of Tulum with Jano. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made it a great experience and we got to spend enough time to see the entire area.

Beto is amazing and super informative. He really focuses on teaching the culture behind the trip. He taught us all a few words in Mayan and even taught us how to write numbers! The cenote is beautiful and the food was delicious! Overall, an amazing trip and I would pick this tour again and again.

If you don’t mind caves and climbing stairs all day then you’ll definitely enjoy this. Its worth the money. I just didn’t expect to do 7 zip lines back to back. I thought I could choose which ones I wanted to do etc. The buffet had some awesome wings! I do give this a 5 star because I didnt know what to expect but i still saw the value in the park. Im just not big on caves and cant swim 😩🤣 but someone who doesn't mind will love this!

A wonderful time, even in the humidity! Gato was very knowledgeable and it was fun to learn from him. The admission fee was fair for a half-day tour. The atmosphere was great; we had several other travelers from our country to talk to! The crowd was kind of large. We had to keep sidestepping other tour groups and it was hard to take pictures. To finalize, Gato was great and we had an awesome time!

Angel was the best guide ever! If your scared to do something he will be right by your side to make sure you get the full experience. This being my family’s first vacation I wanted to make sure they were comfortable with everything and this excursion was a little out their comfort level but with Angel he made it very smooth sailing so they could enjoy themselves

It was a very nice tour. Out guide, Frank, had so much knowledge about the Maya as he even is a Maya himself. He explained everything about rituals, sacrifices, games and the gods. At every place there was enough greeting planned after a quick tour by Frank. I can definitely recommend him and the driver José, as the ride was very smooth. The only thing I have to admit is, that in the end it was almost 200€ per person for us, which was definitely too expensive in our opinion. Nevertheless was the tour and each spot wonderful to look at!

Great choice to experience multiple activities. We got to experience horseback riding, cenote, zip line and ATV. I really enjoyed it plus the shots!!

This trip really was wonderful! Getting to see the culture of Mexico, the Mayan way of living and the UNESCO Chichen Itza was really a great opportunity. Cannot forget the tequila tasting session! Myself and my partner had a brilliant day out, being able to live new experiences that we would not get elsewhere!All of this could not have been possible without our driver and guides along the way. Kevin and Juam took us through the culture and heritage throughout the day - helping us to understand the importance of these artefacts and being so welcoming and interactive along the way. We did the cenote and lagoon tour on our honeymoon. It was around $180.00 for two of us. They do try to get you with a $40 per person photo fee. You can take photos at the lagoon but not the cenote. It was very enjoyable. Pickup was right on time and explained very thoroughly in the email. It was a smooth process. The van was comfortable and spacious. Fernando was sweet and a great driver. We picked up other passengers along the way. There was around 14 of us I believe. We ended up getting to Yal Ku. JJ was a wonderful tour guide explaining natural history and explaining the process of how to snorkel. He helped us spot a sting ray, eel, and many other creatures. We then went to the cenote, which was gorgeous. JJ made sure to explain everything and added humor throughout. It was overall a great experience. Recommend.
