Many steps. In your paperwork, you dont mention where to meet. It would also be helpful to advise that there are tours starting at different times, so first timers dont get confused. Tour leaders should have a loud hailer to call for peoples attention.

Amazing, great close ups and lots of details

For years I’ve assumed the opera house was an iconic architectural statement that was synonymous with Sidney. What I did not appreciate was the journey to actually complete the building, and the engineering and architectural innovations inherent in the structure. The performance venues are spectacular and the scale of the building can only be appreciated by walking the buildings of the complex. Having a guided tour broadens your understanding of what you have seen. Book ahead - you will be pleased you took the tour.

Amazing experience! Josh was an awesome pilot!

This was the most amazing experience. The countryside was absolutely stunning, the Hobbiton set was a lot larger than i expected and it was so exciting to see the hobbit houses and interesting to hear about how they filmed everything. Our guide Seb was friendly and informative and our second breakfast was a huge spread fit for the greediest of dwarves☺️

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Lake Taupō Māori Rock Carvings Scenic Cruise aboard the Ernest Kemp. The boat itself was beautiful, comfortable and the ride across the lake was incredibly smooth, making it such a relaxing way to see Lake Taupō.The highlight for us was definitely the captain. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and informative, and his commentary throughout the trip really brought the history of the lake and the Māori rock carvings to life. He was also great to have a laugh with and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. His personality and knowledge genuinely made the experience so much more enjoyable. The views were amazing, the boat was lovely, and the whole experience was well organised from start to finish. You can tell the crew really care about making sure everyone has a great time.I would absolutely recommend the Ernest Kemp cruise to anyone visiting Taupō. A fantastic experience, and a huge thank you to the captain for making it such a memorable trip!

Our guide, Wyatt, is not only handsome but also a great barista, a natural comedian, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Hobbiton movies. He was funny, engaging, and entertaining throughout the entire tour, there was never a dull moment!Thank you, Wyatt, for making our Hobbiton experience even more memorable! 🧙‍♂️🍺 If you happen to see this, please reach out, I’ll be waiting. 😉🍃

Wow what an exciting experience! Amazing, I can't say any more about it absolutely fantastic! We from Christchurch

This is what people come to Rotorua for so it’s obviously a must do. But allow time for other things too. Lots of fun activities in Rotorua.

We arrived near 11am, luckily most of the large bus tours were leaving at this time, more beautiful than expected.

The flight was the best experience of the package, while the boat trip was OK it did not go close to matching the flight scenery, Andrew our Pilot was great and made the trip sensational with his info, ground crew also fantastic

Our family really enjoyed our day tour. It showcased this amazing island beautifully. The bus was comfortable, lunch was delicious and our guide Blair was professional and a great storyteller. Highly recommended.

Dennis with a double n was gold as a tour guide. Saw plenty and a magical experience.

We (two couples) did the Sky Walk, and it was so much fun! The guys were afraid of heights, so they found it to be scary, but they still enjoyed it. Our guide, Benny, was fantastic and made sure we were very safe and had a great time. We saw incredible views of Auckland. It also included photos, videos, and a shirt. Plus, admission to the Sky Tower to enjoy after. Highly recommend! It's a fantastic way to get the best views of Auckland.

We had a fabulous day with Dean, he was a wonderful guide with so much knowledge of the island (our first time). Loved every minute, could have spent a lot more time there and will definitely be coming back. Lake Mackenzie was the highlight for us, just beautiful!
