Liverpool Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

Charlie and Dave were friendly and great company. Very informative

Charlie and Dave kept us well entertained...and informed. Thank you.

Fabulous! It was great to learn the history with Jim the tour guide and Degzy the bus driving adding the scouse humour.

Dave, our driver-guide was excellent! Knowledgeable and friendly, he conveyed just the right amount of information to leave us knowing a lot more about the Beatles without feeling overwhelmed. Throughout the tour, he would weave in song lyrics to illustrate what we were seeing and how Liverpool influenced the band that changed the world. We had a great time and highly recommend this tour!

A fabulous and informative private tour in a taxi through the roads and winding streets of Liverpool. Our great tour guide Josh took us to the childhood homes of Ringo, Paul, John and George with all the interesting backgrounds stories about them. And of course, stops at Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields. Josh shared wonderful insights about the lyrics of both songs. Plus the places where John and Paul first met. Wonderful tour!

Great tour around Liverpool with Beatles insights. Julie was a great guide, highly recommend her!

The tour was very informative and enjoyable. Chris and Dave were great. But Chris really made the tour, he was entertaining, hilarious and so knowledgeable. I don't think I'll ever get that story of Janice out of my head or Chris dancing to the invisible hula-hoop. Absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend this tour especially if you get Chris.

I booked it for my husband for his birthday when we got there the gave him a lovely gift. We set off on our tour & after a little mix up we got sorted with the manager so sorry to say i didn't get his name it was the 11.30am 26th September 2026 tour his was a lovely man all the staff were very polite & professional. The tour was brilliant & I do t follow football 😄 but I really enjoyed it was lovely to meet the great John Aldridge & chat to him few pics. All in all 100 💯 thank you

Gareth was a wealth of information! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. He was entertaining, interesting and funny. Pick up was easy and convenient, made very flexible for our circumstances. Also, because it was a cab, access to areas was easier and much more personal than the bus tours we saw along the way. I would highly recommend this tour.

I enjoyed the ferry trip , I took the 10am ferry not that busy , when the ferry returned the queue for the 11am was enormous. Very good commentary, scan the QR code and don't forget your earbuds. There is a cafe at the terminal, coffee is good. I enjoyed the trip , it gives you a great insight into the River Mersey and Liverpool.

Fun day out for Beatles fans! My husband enjoyed this tour on his birthday. Very nice experience. Would do it again!!

I'm not a Liverpool fan, I enjoyed the tour .Darren the guide was great, informative, engaging and very proud of his football club. Tour well organised , the museum was great , seeing 6 European cups pretty impressive. Book tickets better value than paying on the day.

Fanatically interesting and entertaining exploration of the musical landscape of Sefton Park, joining the dots between George Formby and Echo and the Bunnymen, Teardrop Explodes and Courtney Love. Tourguide Paul was fun and likeable. A great way to spend an afternoon.

Great fun and hugely interesting.

A really lovely afternoon. The wine, snacks and venues were wonderful. Our tour guide (Mikey) was extremely knowlegeable and good company. Would recommend 100%

Charley and Dave are very entertaining and informative. Well run and considerate.
