We did Canyoning as a family. We had very professional guides, Gonçalo and Alandro, who were very accommodating and patient with the younger children in our family. The views and waterfalls were spectacular. We thoroughly recommend the company.

We were in a group of 2 families with teenagers. Most of the group had no experience in outdoor activities like this one. Fundamental the ability of the guides and especially thank Peter for the care and attention to the most inexperienced. The boys loved the experience and we left with the full feeling of overcoming.

Those who like such excursions are in good hands with the entire team of NaTourWays. A great experience with nice people. Highly recommended!

We have had an incredible canyoning adventure for the whole family with Pedro. The whole family had so much fun learning and discovering the secrets of canyoning - walking down, rappelling, sliding and jumping into the cool river on a hot day - nothing beats this. Pedro was an amazing guide, who took his time with each one of us to ensure that we had absolutely the best time and the best photos.

Lee was a terrific guide, he made it a once in a lifetime experience. Our daughters enjoyed themselves, as did we. Lee knew a lot about nature and animals.

This activity was a fantastic experience with nature while doing a bit of exercise. The level is for beginners so everyone can do this activity. You jump, walk, slide and abseil through the 1 km of river. The guides were professional at their Job and very friendly and give different options in case you are uncomfortable with something albeit there was no need. If you are in Porto and love nature and exercise you should definitely give it a go

Great guides, magical surroundings, exiting jumps/slides/climbing/abseiling, we felt completely safe (first canyoning trip ever with kids 8 & 10 years). Would recommend this to anyone!

I did the tour with this company and had somewhat mixed feelings about it. I do not think I was complete aware what I was going to do before I actually went on this tour. At the beginning I felt like I regret all my life choices for the last 24 hours lol. Do your research on what extreme canyoning is before you go as I believe it is not for everyone. They provide you with a wetsuit and you can hire special shoes ( do hire them as they are specifically designed for this activity. Some rocks were slippery and even with the shoes- you can slip). Having said that, Baptista was our guide through this tour and he made sure we are aware of what our options are- jump, abseil etc and feel comfortable with what we decide to do. He advised us where from to jump, how to land in water etc. and even if he thinks we should not. There are a couple high waterfalls to jump from ranging from 5-12.5 metres in height ( no joke!) and no- I did not jump from either of those. I just descended with the rope. You can hurt yourself if you land on the wrong side so took the safe road down. Abseiling though is quite fun and 100% very safe as you get 2 different ropes so you have options if you do not want to jump. Definitely got my adrenaline pumping through out the day.

A great day of canyoning activities. My wife, son and I had a great day and are enriched with a wonderful experience.My son says it is his best day of the holiday so far and my wife did jumps in the water she never thought she would do them.Guides Luis and Leandro give clear insrtructions and make sure that we had a safe and fun experience.

We enjoyed the canyoning tour very much. The experience was great, thrilling and fun 👍 I would recommend it to everyone who wants to get out in nature!!

We did the canyoning activity with pedro and it was amazing!! Pedro was so friendly and easy to communicate with, he patiently explained us everything and helped us choose the right activity for our family ( kids ages- 16,14,10). We ended up doing the more difficult canyoning trip and it was very adventurous and lots of fun. Pedro is very professional and gives a good sense of security- enough to calm down those among us who fear heights...super recommend, the area is beautiful, full of nature. At the end he recommend us where to eat in arouca- walked with us until we found available table since restaurants were full. A day to remember!!!!

Oh my days.! It was the best activity we’ve done so far in Portugal and one of the best in general. I got it as a Birthday present for my boyfriend. Pedro was our guide and he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We felt absolutely safe and taken care of , inventory is all new and in bestest quality. The drive to the eco park was very scenic and breathtaking, but the abseiling and canyoning was something out of this planet. The level of ,,extreme” can be adjusted to your personal needs and fitness level. Pedro also make loads of amazing pictures for us!

Beautiful and mountainous and huge experience to be allowed to rapelle and jump and climb in mountains and waterfalls Guides Luis and Christino happily shared both practical tips and their love and knowledge about the area and nature At the same time, they are super service-minded and flexible and Luis patiently answered all questions before, during and after :-) And as an extra bonus you get small videos and photos from the trip Can highly recommend if you are for nature and experiences beyond the usual But obs - you must be used to moving

We are a family with two teenage boys and normally do some kind of adventurous activity on holiday, so extreme canyoning seemed ideal. Afterwards we agreed that this was one of the best holiday activities that we have ever done! Batista and Luis were polite, professional, friendly, patient and made the day very enjoyable. Safety is naturally an issue but we could enjoy the thrills of the day without ever feeling concerned about what we were doing. The equipment was very well maintained and comfortable, especially the shoes which have an amazing level of grip. It is worth eating well before going as there are no breaks for food during the day, and a high factor, waterproof sun cream for hands, neck and face is important in the summer sun. We would fully recommend this day for people with a sense of adventure looking for a trip with a difference!
