I loved the yoga at Cooks Bay Resort with Cindy so much I went to every available class even when I had moved to a new hotel on the other side of the island. I've been practicing yoga for 25 years and this was the perfect combo of strength, flexibility & relaxation. A class for all levels. I HIGHLY recommend. Oh and the studio itself is super fancy!

Cindy is a caring, gentle and experienced teacher. Her voice is relaxing and relaxing at school. It also smoothly corrects my bad postures.The room is top, clean and air conditioned. Well equipped, quiet and pleasant.I highly recommend this course whether you are a resident on the island or visiting for your vacation. A moment of relaxation and relaxation for you.

I took 2 classes on our vacation- yoga and Pilates. They were both incredible. Cindy is a fantastic instructor. She gives great cues and makes sure to give everyone in the group individual attention. She is inclusive of all experience levels, beginner to more advanced.The groups were small ~ 5 people. The sessions were a great balance of hard work and mindfulness. The time went by too fast! Highly recommend! Perfect way to ‘reset’ on your vacation.

We didn’t have a fixed itinerary so he chipped in on recommendations and hotels. He was so kind to my daughter and acceded to all our requests. I am truly humbled by Nilesh Bhai and Deep Teraiya who also checked in on us during the the trip.We didn’t speak the same language but honestly there was no communication issues at all. An awesome location for sup yoga - in a bay on the Swan river, the water was like glass for our class with the blue skies and green trees, with black swans cruising nearby, was just the perfect setting for a yoga studio!Cat was such a patient teacher, she gave great directions and modified the class depending on weather (wind and currents) and experience of everyone in class, and she gave options and layers if you wanted to challenge yourself. Surprisingly, it was easier to do yoga on a paddleboard than i had thought, no one even fell in, it was a really great class. Lying on the board in the warmth of the sun, looking up at the blue sky above, was a pretty zen start to Sunday.Would definitely recommend the class, even if you haven't paddled much or done much yoga, it's easy to follow along.

Cindy led our small group of friends on a 90-minute yoga session at our vacation rental. Booking Cindy was very easy. She responded quickly and was very flexible with us. She arrived on time, with props. We asked her to focus on specific body parts and she easily adapted the practice to our requests. Her adjustments enhanced the poses and she of course made sure we wanted adjustments before doing them. She was fun and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the class and recommend her wholeheartedly.

Very good yoga lesson, it was my first time doing yoga and I found Cindy a very good and clear instructor. The yoga felt like the perfect mix of exercise and relaxation.

I called on Cindy 4-5 times during our visit to Moorea. In a word, GREAT. Cindy was walking to my hotel. Hyper punctual and flexible on schedules (I asked her for lessons at 6am or 7pm). Hyper in the detail on posture to get (re-learn) good habits when I generally do not have time in collective studio in my city of residence. Yoga or Pilates I loved each of our classes. Sunday Morning Yoga class both relaxing and invigorating . It took place int the Cook's bay from where we could enjoy a spectacular view on the mountains during the whole session. Cindy's idea to end with a healthy brunch is just perfect.
