Experienced a sound bath at the Soul Spa last Sunday, absolute bliss… It’s a very relaxing environment, mats, pillows and eye masks are provided which a huge bonus as we were doing other stuff in Bath after so didn’t have to carry it around… It was such a wonderful experience and I will definitely return. I would also like to try some of the messages and therapies next time I visit Bath… good value too.

I joined the surf camp from August 12th, 2026, and I had an amazing week! The whole Cornish Wave team is absolutely lovely, welcoming, friendly and always there to help.As for the campsite, I really have nothing negative to say: everything was clean, well-maintained and very well equipped. I felt really comfortable there.I mainly had my surf lessons with Willow, who is an excellent coach. You can really see how much he loves what he does and how passionate he is about the ocean and surfing. He shared so much knowledge with us, gave us great advice and, most importantly, always encouraged us to improve and become better surfers. A huge thank you to him!And a little message for French people who might be hesitating to join because of their level of English: GO FOR IT! 🇫🇷🇬🇧I’m French and my English wasn’t very good before coming here. I was a little worried that I wouldn’t understand everything or that I wouldn’t be able to fit in. But the whole team really made an effort to make sure I could understand, participate and interact with everyone. In the end, the language was absolutely not a barrier.We quickly became a real team and, by the end of the camp, it genuinely felt like we were all one big team, no matter what language we spoke or where we came from. ❤️From the very first evening, everyone is brought together over pizza 🍕. It was a great opportunity to get to know everyone and also chat with the other coaches, especially Luca and Joe, who were also super nice!Honestly, I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I really loved this experience and if I had to do it all over again, I definitely would! 🏄‍♀️🌊Thank you to the whole Cornish Wave team for such an amazing experience! ❤️

Wonderful wonderful experience at a very reasonable cost. The space itself is calm&wondrous & I was made to feel exceptionally welcome & cared for. I would recommend this foe anybody who needs calm kind reflective time.

Great experience, the instructor was very nice and me not being an expert with yoga I really had a great time especially doing it outside in the middle of nature.

The half-day forest bathing exceeded expectations, it was so wonderful to be immersed in nature with Xenia’s expert, fun and gentle guidance. I felt renewed!

I recently experienced the incredible and immersive yoga and soundbath mini-retreat run by Xenia from Brighton Yoga at Stonerocks Farm, Bolney.The event was a full-packed day of nature-inspired experiences including outdoor yoga, a soundbath and a forest picnic next to a campfire! The private grounds set within the farm include two large canopies, a herb and flower garden, and picnic/campfire area as well as lockers to store belongings.The day started with a gentle walk around the farm. Xenia led us around the vast grounds and taught us about seasonal foraging. We then paused in an ancient forest for a short meditation which was incredibly quiet and peaceful.We were led back to the grounds for the main part of the day - a lovely outdoor yoga class, followed by a soundbath from Rosie. This was all against a backdrop of bird song, butterflies and the resident sheep in the distance!After the soundbath, Xenia had thought of everything and had prepared a tasty picnic with some ingredients she had foraged. Her rosemary focaccia is legendary!The day was forecast rain - but we were so lucky to have a clear day. If it were to have rained, or been very hot, thankfully there was plenty of shelter available.I’ve been to a few of Xenia’s events and couldn’t recommend them more. They are affordable, varied, full of gently paced activities and I always leave feeling lighter and having met such wonderful people. I just wish I took more photos!Highly recommended!

The Wellness Day, with Yoga, Forest Bathing and Tree Yoga was FANTASTIC. My friend and I so enjoyed it. Xenia was excellent and a great teacher. The day was really relaxing and chilled, and we did our yoga practice in a beautiful field, surrounded by trees over looking the South Downs. Xenia taught us about foraging plants and what to use them for, and we ended the day with a beautiful lunch sat around the fire pit. I would highly recommend and will definately be going again.

What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend. My daughter and I went along to the yoga and forest-bathing session and, even though I've done yoga for a long time, doing it in the woods with a tree was something else.Xenia was so knowledgeable about the plants and trees too, and we loved trying her homemade elderflower cordial. She made everyone in the group feel at ease.

After a long and weathery winter in the Arctic North, this was like waking up and really charging the batteries. Bright sun, mild breeze, the even sound of the eternal ocean waves, balancing barefoot in the sand and finally having a refreshing sea dip. Thank you Xenia for this magic morning class. You made my day!

I had a really awesome experience with this program. Our instructor was Jake and he’s a great guy, super invested in the development of everyone’s skill and has great advice, and Zoey our Yoga instructor a really amazing instructor as well. The camp grounds are beautiful and the tent are very spacious. All around amazing adventure, thanks to the team 🙏🤙

What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday! Xenia is such a lovely host, providing a fantastic experience, practicing yoga on a hilltop with a stunning view, foraging in the woods (Xenia is very knowledgeable) while quietly looking out for deer and later on chatting over a warm fire pit with tea/coffee and snacks. Time flew while we were there and I couldn't fault it. I will definitely be joining another one soon. Thank you for such a great experience Xenia!

Great way to easily and conveniently find a workout nearby. Great selection, great studios and easy to negotiate. Will definitely be my companion for my next trips.

My wife wanted to do some shopping so I decided to check for alternative plans that I could go on my own and bingo! I found this pass that granted me access to quite a few fitness clubs in town. I decided to let her go on her own two afternoons while I went to Jubilee Hall and Kobox. In the end, everyone was happy so I would def repeat it next time ;)

Fantastic day in London. The BODDY pass was great and offered lots of fitness options. Great experience and a must for anyone in London wanting to keep healthy.

This was a new experience for me and I was open minded in giving it a go. It was very therapeutic and relaxing. The hour session I had it did release tension in my neck and back. The guided meditation did send .me into a light sleep with steady breathing. The atmosphere was tranquil and the chair comfortable. The eye mask helps as you focus more with your hearing on the guided meditation and acoustic tones of the bowls. Enjoyed first time.
