The taxi arrived promptly at our chosen pick-up point. Our guide Ray was personable, pleasant, informative, patient and had a great sense of humour. He was not in a rush to finish on time and we and our American friends (Beatles fans) really enjoyed the tour.

It was fantastic! I highly recommend this tour. Very friendly and knowledgeable driver/guide. Ask for Tony. He was great.

My friend and I had a girly day out in York and as we had never done the river cruise we decided to give it a go. The skipper Andy was brilliant and kept us all chuckling in the aisles with his witty repertoire. All the crew were friendly, Andrew and Imogen, and the trip was fun and very professional. You get a different perception of York from the river.All in all a great trip, fun, Prosecco and great prices, definitely recommend this trip.

My partner and I have just been to visit Warwick Castle what a fantastic place to visit if I could give it 100 stars I would every member of staff I interacted with was marvelous and very friendly and helpful and polite i was blown away by the Falconry display

My mum and I toured Royal Albert Hall and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide was wonderful and we loved all the history and extra bits of information throughout the tour. We even heard a world-famous pianist practising before the performance tonight. The tour is well worth the time and the Cafe also has some delicious cakes.

The hop on hop off bus was great anyway but when Jimmy added live commentary on one of our trips he absolutely made it! Thank you

Mad Alice's tour is a must, Alice is the best wench in York and although she is ever so slightly mad she will guide you on a most interesting and informative tour of some of the bloodiest historical sites that York has to offer, great as a group or as a lone spirit she makes everyone welcome and included.

We had a fantastic time on the Mad Alice Ghost Tour in York! Alice was absolutely brilliant — extremely personable, friendly and engaging from start to finish. One of the things that really stood out was how she took the time to learn everyone’s names and made an effort to speak to everyone personally as we moved from one location to another. It made the tour feel really welcoming and personal.Alice had so many interesting stories to tell, bringing York’s history to life in a really entertaining and engaging way. You can genuinely tell that she loves what she does, and her enthusiasm and passion really came across throughout the whole tour.It was a great way to learn more about the history of York while having plenty of fun along the way. I would highly recommend the Mad Alice Ghost Tour to people of all ages — whether you’re a local or visiting York for the first time, it’s definitely worth doing!Thank you, Alice, for such an enjoyable and memorable evening!

We were glad indeed to encounter the exuberant, informative & sensitive guide Jimmy & trusty driver Arn. Jimmy kept amazing pace with Arn’s driving & traffic speed. A greatly moving (in all senses!) combination of Liverpool/Scouse history, humour & song - Jimmy really didn’t miss a trick - & added more for good measure! Life & humanity affirming - highly recommended.

I organised this for a group of 29 women & we were not disappointed. Price was great, staff were lovely, friendly, helpful & fun. Bar on board with seat service. Lovely activity & despite our noise we were made to feel very welcome.

We had a fantastic day Warwick is one of the best castles we have visited great value for money , all the rooms are so beautifully laid out and there's so much to see . The falconry display was on I have never seen a display like it, it was wonderful I would highly recommend the whole experience
