From parking the car / transfer with big Dave and helper to return, everything was so easy, had a big grin on my face from start to finish!Although we arrived early Auntie Gary pushed us through and gave us the full VIP treatment with Mr Pete who was absolutely perfect as an instructor and briefed us on the dos and don’ts then got shooting.I have found my new love, something I want to continue doing and the place I want to do it….the location is just perfect. Very rarely I can shut down on everyday life and focus on something that leaves me buzzing.Pete entered the wife and I into a competition and the prize was who takes the main bedroom & who takes the spare room, I'm going to sleep well tonight! 😜 Thanks guys & girls James & Katie.

A superb afternoon at Polowood - archery - axe throwing, knife throwing and shooting - our guide Ethan was excellent as a tutor. A great way to spend an afternoon- highly recommended- good site - friendly staff, well organised.

I was looking for something a little different to do with my teenage son and husband on our holiday. Booked for 1 hour air rifle. Clear instructions sent after booking how to get there and where to park. Once parked there is a walkie talkie to let the organisers know to come collect you. The session itself starts with a small teaching session from the instructor on how to load, shoot and safely with the gun. There are 2 sizes of gun, a slightly smaller one for kids. Then you get about 45 minutes or so of shooting at various targets. The instructor is on hand to offer extra advice/ instruction as needed but it is quite relaxed and really just about enjoying the moment. At the end targets are put up to add a little competition within your group, 5 shots each to see who gets closest to the bullseye. It was an enjoyable experience, my son definitely was engaged and enjoying himself, as was my husband brought out their competitive sides and to be honest I surprised myself I enjoyed it too. I would recommend the experience.

The experience was amazing, full of adrenaline and excitement. Being our first time doing something like this I'm not sure how the fees compare, but as it was booked for a birthday, it was all about the fun and not the cost. We spent all day having taster sessions on air rifles, clay shooting, axe and knife throwing, all ending with archery. The staff were brilliant, all friendly and experts in building your confidence and skills. The grounds were beautiful in the sunshine.

We had a lot of fun on our booked activity. Staff are all lovely and we didn't have a hard time asking questions.

We have visit the place on Sunday after 2pm. The whole experience was great team was lovely and the members of staff were great and very supportive. Teaching us a lot ! Will be back for sure

Awesome experience! I enjoyed every minute and even if it was a beginner course I learned so much. It made me want to keep making candles and experiment with fragrances and decorations

Me and my 2 brothers went for my dads 70th birthday. 2 of us were beginners and 2 were novices. We had Nathan as a teacher who was brilliant and got a fantastic competition at the end! Would 100% recommend

Great experience, the instructor was very nice and me not being an expert with yoga I really had a great time especially doing it outside in the middle of nature.

The half-day forest bathing exceeded expectations, it was so wonderful to be immersed in nature with Xenia’s expert, fun and gentle guidance. I felt renewed!

I recently experienced the incredible and immersive yoga and soundbath mini-retreat run by Xenia from Brighton Yoga at Stonerocks Farm, Bolney.The event was a full-packed day of nature-inspired experiences including outdoor yoga, a soundbath and a forest picnic next to a campfire! The private grounds set within the farm include two large canopies, a herb and flower garden, and picnic/campfire area as well as lockers to store belongings.The day started with a gentle walk around the farm. Xenia led us around the vast grounds and taught us about seasonal foraging. We then paused in an ancient forest for a short meditation which was incredibly quiet and peaceful.We were led back to the grounds for the main part of the day - a lovely outdoor yoga class, followed by a soundbath from Rosie. This was all against a backdrop of bird song, butterflies and the resident sheep in the distance!After the soundbath, Xenia had thought of everything and had prepared a tasty picnic with some ingredients she had foraged. Her rosemary focaccia is legendary!The day was forecast rain - but we were so lucky to have a clear day. If it were to have rained, or been very hot, thankfully there was plenty of shelter available.I’ve been to a few of Xenia’s events and couldn’t recommend them more. They are affordable, varied, full of gently paced activities and I always leave feeling lighter and having met such wonderful people. I just wish I took more photos!Highly recommended!

After a long and weathery winter in the Arctic North, this was like waking up and really charging the batteries. Bright sun, mild breeze, the even sound of the eternal ocean waves, balancing barefoot in the sand and finally having a refreshing sea dip. Thank you Xenia for this magic morning class. You made my day!

Had such a lovely afternoon, Charlie gave us a warm welcome and really helped us and taught us how to make candles. We really enjoyed her company and the whole experience, I would highly recommend this workshop and her wonderful candles.

What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday! Xenia is such a lovely host, providing a fantastic experience, practicing yoga on a hilltop with a stunning view, foraging in the woods (Xenia is very knowledgeable) while quietly looking out for deer and later on chatting over a warm fire pit with tea/coffee and snacks. Time flew while we were there and I couldn't fault it. I will definitely be joining another one soon. Thank you for such a great experience Xenia!
