The setting is part of the experience: a historic underground room carved into the rock, where our wine collection lines the walls. Cool and welcoming even at the height of summer.
You'll sample three young wines from small local producers: a welcome sparkling glass, a delicate rosé, and a crisp white. Each pour shows the lively, fruity character of wines made to be enjoyed in their youth.
