What To Expect
Immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of Verona with this unique cooking class experience, set in the stunning countryside. Over the course of 3.5 hours, you’ll learn the traditional techniques of making fresh pasta and ravioli, all while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and sipping on local wines.
Your journey begins with a walk through the scenic countryside surrounding our agriturismo. As you stroll through the picturesque landscape, you will know more about the story and the philosophy of the farm.
Corte San Mattia produces organic wine, EVO olive oil, goat cheese, honey, eggs, fruits and vegetables, and during the cooking class most of the ingredients come from the farm, just a few steps from the kitchen.
Next, head into the kitchen, where you’ll learn how to prepare two traditional Italian dishes – fresh pasta and ravioli. Our expert will guide you step-by-step, and throughout the class, you’ll enjoy three glasses of the organice wine produced in the agriturismo.
Once the pasta and ravioli are ready, it's time to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor!
