Meeting and Pickup
Departure Point: For domestic arrivals the driver will be outside of the baggage claim area with a name sign and for international arrivals, the driver will be outside of the custom's area with a name sign. If you cannot find your driver, please call the phone number on your voucher and tell the operator that you are holding a prepaid voucher. They will assist you in finding your driver. What To Expect
When booking a private transfer from the Quebec (YQB) Airport to Quebec City and the surrounding areas you will need to provide your flight details and your destination hotel name and address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to your correct destination

The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle. It's that easy!

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle.
