The Minivan will be on the pier. Just in La spezia port you have t take shuttle bus to exit form port. In both ports you will meet a driver with your name in a sign

You can just visit the square where is the leaning tower, or climb it (with reserved tickets only - in that case please inform us if you need a ticket or the time you already bought the ticket)
