Designed and led by a local food expert and certified sommelier, this experience prioritizes quality over quantity: Taste more than 15 incredible Tuscan products, including cheese and charcuterie from local farms, zero-km local wine, delectable focaccias and regional products, coffee, a sweet pastry, and gelato from a multiple award winning gelateria (listed as one of the best in Italy; off season, when gelato shops close down, a different sweet treat will be offered). You will hear the stories behind these products, visit small shops that preserves local traditions, learn how to taste Tuscan wine like a professional sommelier, and dive into the fascinating world of Tuscan food. A word to the wise: Come hungry!
