Meeting and Pickup
We are on site on time to pick up customer(s) from Paris address. We recommend pick up time 3 hours in advance from the flight departure schedule.Driver details will be sent within 24 hours before the request date. Airport pickups : we recommend to open your phone upon flight arrival and make sure to call the driver. The driver will meet and greet you at the exit door of the terminal you will be coming out from holding your name on a digital board.We will pick you up or drop you off from/to specific location (hotel or Paris address) that you have indicated. Pick up or drop off address has to be in Paris region only.Cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance from the date of ride request.

For a transfer from one point to another, complete departure address and complete drop-off address. Pick up time should be 3 hours in advance from the flight departure schedule.
After confirmation, we will send you the details of our driver within 24 hours before the date of the request. The driver will meet the passenger(s) at the meeting point.
We monitor flight departures so you will arrive on time for your flight.
