From perfecting the art of crafting ideal pastry bases like Pâte sucrée (Sweet Pastry Dough) or Pâte brisée (Shortcrust Dough) to achieving the flawless consistency of indulgent fillings such as Crème au citron (lemon cream), Ganache au chocolat (chocolate ganache), Crème d’amandes (almond cream), Italian meringue, and more, you'll gain essential skills that are the cornerstone of genuine pastry craftsmanship.
