Step into a real Neapolitan pizzeria and experience the art of pizza making with a hands-on cooking class guided by a professional pizzaiolo. This immersive experience lets you discover the traditions, techniques, and ingredients behind one of the world’s most iconic dishes.
Pizza Margherita Option: stretch your dough, add San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and extra virgin olive oil, then bake your pizza in a traditional Neapolitan pizza oven.
Calzone Option: learn how to shape and seal the famous Neapolitan half-moon using classic ingredients such as mozzarella and Napoli salami, creating a perfectly golden calzone baked in the traditional pizza oven.
After baking, sit down in a warm and authentic setting to enjoy the dish you prepared, paired with a glass of local wine or beer.
To finish on a sweet note, enjoy crispy fried pizza dough strips (“straccetti”) drizzled with chocolate.

What To Expect
Enter a real Neapolitan pizzeria and learn how to make authentic pizza from scratch with a professional pizzaiolo.
Prepare traditional pizza dough using flour, water, yeast, and salt, then shape and cook your dish depending on the option selected. Choose between preparing a classic Pizza Margherita or a traditional Neapolitan calzone filled with mozzarella and Napoli salami.
Each participant has their own workstation, ensuring a fully hands-on experience. After baking your pizza or calzone in a traditional oven, sit down and enjoy it with a glass of local wine or beer.
Finish with crispy fried pizza dough strips (straccetti) drizzled with chocolate and a glass of limoncello.
