Mixology, Food, Wine and Beer Experience in Xochimilco
Overview
Take the opportunity to meet other people from around the world in this unique experience. We add value to this experience by including a mixology tour based off of local Mexican flavors and national liquors. There is also a food tasting specifically paired to go alongside the specially prepared drinks.
Our experience also covers most if not all the expenses typically associated with your time on our trajineras (boats). From the drinks to the food and from the music to the restroom breaks; we intend to remove the conflicts typically presented to locals and foreigners when spending time on the trajineras in Xochimilco.

- Alcoholic beverages Mixologist will create five distinct Mexican beverages to taste. Wine. Beer. Pulque (tasting)
- Carbonated beverages Soda/Pop
- Bottled water
- Private transportation
- Restroom stops are included and covered by us throughout the boat ride.
- Live Mexican mariachi (three songs)
- Extra drinks and food sold by vendors along the way outside of what we offer (ie. corn cob, etc.)

What To Expect
Guests will ride on a trajinera (boat) through the canals of Xochimilco. While moving through, we will explore the unique flavors from our resident mixologist, including tequila and mezcal creations paired with some local foods. During the experience, we will also have the opportunity to learn some Xochimilco history, listen to live mariachi music, and be entertained with some traditional Mexican customs. During our trip, there will be a pulque tasting. For our non-liquor drinkers, Mexican wine and Mexican beer is available. For non-alcoholic drisnkers or underage drinkers, we have modified mocktails, sodas, and water available. Seasonal snacks are also available. Actual time on the boat will vary between three to three and a half hours.
