We met 8.30am and after quick introductions, we travelled North towards Dornoch, then Loch Fleet and Dunrobbin castle, enjoying the castle and the Falconry display within the beautiful grounds.
Returning to Dornoch for lunch. In the afternoon enjoying a whisky tasting at Glenmorangie distillery followed by a tour and tasting at Balblair distillery or for those who are not whisky drinkers we can head over to Milliinaires Viewpoint and Falls of Shin
Option 2
South to Inverness, Loch Ness and Urquhart castle and culloden battlefield and historic clava cairns.
The day was throughly enjoyable as we shared experiences of Scotland- history, culture and folklore and travel stories.
