We are one of the ONLY parasailing companies in Destin to just take 6 people max on your boat and offer a Cash Discount (Call or Text to book Cash!) All of the other places pack 12-15 people on their boat. If you're not used to being on a boat, prone to sea sickness, or if its 95 degrees and the conditions are choppy, being on a boat waiting for 12-15 people to parasail most folks end up seasick and sunburned taking the fun out of your experience. We only take 6 people max so it much more enjoyable and personal. We offer the highest and longest parasail rides in Destin and you don't have to sit on the boat watching a bunch of strangers parasail, lol. We are Owner-Operated w/28yrs under our belts, have a 100% Safety Record, and we love what we do. If you parasail with Sun Dogs, you'll never parasail anywhere else!

What To Expect
Total parasailing tour is 1 hour. We only take 6 people max on the boat, we don't pack you on with 12-15 people like all the other companies, so it's much nicer! We do not fly singles, you must come with your flying partner. Our Parasail Ride is 10 min. flying 2-3 at a time. We have 1000ft of line and get you up as high as we can. You take off and land on the boat, get a dip or stay dry, it's your choice. We fly in the Gulf or the Bay depending on sea conditions. See dolphins, rays, and all kinds of marine life! Morning is normally the best time to parasail, that's when the water is normally calmest and the best chance of viewing marine life in the water. The afternoon's can get really rough with the sea breeze and boat traffic so before 1pm is the nicest, calmest experience.

Dec 2021Although it is best for you to be comfortable in the water, you do not have to know how to swim. Each guest is provided with a buoyancy compensator (BC) that will assist with flotation.
Apr 2023Yes, the minimum age to parasail is 6 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel. At Cool Destinations safety is our number one priority. The minimum weight required for parasailing is roughly 90 pounds. If the flyer is less than 90 pounds, they will simply fly tandem with someone not to exceed roughly 450 pounds combined weight. Weight requirements may differ due to wind conditions.
Feb 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the tour local time (CDT).
- This tour requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
