Upon your arrival at Athens Airport or your place of arrival, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival’s hall, holding a sign with your name written on it. Our representative will escort you to the vehicle, help you with your luggage and offer you mineral water and wipes as a welcome to after your long flight. • Our chauffeured cars services and private Transfers from Athens airport Greece are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week either for simple private transfers from Athens airport either for business meetings based on full disposal.

Meeting and Pickup
The guide driver will be happy to pick you up from any location you prefer — whether it is a hotel (where they will be waiting for you at the reception), an Airbnb, the Port of Piraeus (meeting you right outside your cruise ship with a sign displaying your name), or a metro or bus station. Simply provide us with the exact address or meeting point when you make your booking. If, for any reason, you are unable to locate your driver, please contact the emergency number shown on your voucher. Additionally, one day before your tour, we will send you the driver’s full contact details so you can reach them directly if needed.
What To Expect
Upon your arrival at Athens International Airport (ATH) our professional, polite and discreet chauffeurs are highly disciplined and well-trained, with thorough knowledge of Athens in order to get you to your destination safely and on time. Will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it, assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle.
Guidelines for Vehicle Selection Based on Passengers and Luggage
To ensure the correct vehicle selection during the booking process, the following guidelines should be applied based on both the number of passengers and the amount of luggage:
1. Sedan (1–2 passengers)
Recommended for 1 to 2 passengers
Suitable for up to 2 pieces of luggage (approx. 30 kg each)
If luggage exceeds this limit, a larger vehicle must be selected
2. Minivan (2–7 passengers)
Recommended for 2 to 7 passengers
Suitable for multiple medium-to-large suitcases (up to approximately 8 pieces of luggage of 30 kg each)
If luggage exceeds capacity, a minibus is required
3. Minibus (7–10 passengers)
Recommended for 7 to 12 passengers
Suitable for larger groups and up to approximately 10 or more suitcases of 30 kg each
If the selected vehicle is correct based on the number of passengers but the luggage capacity is exceeded, increasing the number of passengers will automatically adjust the vehicle type.
For example, if there are 2 passengers with 4 large suitcases, the system should automatically be adjusted to 4 passengers, which will then trigger a change from a sedan to a minivan.
