This was a unique experience. We saw three very different light displays - Van Dusen, Capilano and the Harry Potter Experience, and enjoyed them all. Our tour guide Bobby was very helpful and chatty making this a great night out.

We (me, wife, two adult daughters, all Aussies) just did the Rocky Mountains Premium Xmas tour. It was a blast … our Tour Guide (Ryan) was very knowledgeable, incredibly well organised and funny too (despite being Canadian). The whole experience was hassle free. Needless to say the destinations were stunning and the activities great fun. Our driver, Brian, was incredible in keeping us safe through some pretty treacherous driving conditions. It’s not often I’d happily fall asleep being driven in those conditions. I’d give it 6 stars if I could…

Such a magical experience!Thousands of lights displayed in themed gardens & displays in the gardens with holiday music playing ~The central display being a light show every 20 minutes by the pond where the lights dance to the music. Each 20 min session is a different musical display -All accessible via wide, paved paths. Heated seating areas throughout & many food vendors on site.I did two tours to make sure I didn't miss a thing & would certainly go back as it was soo magical.

We went to the Harbour Christmas Cruise and loved it! Food was delicious and there was live music as soon as we boarded. A great activity to do to celebrate Christmas with your loved ones over dinner and cruise to enjoy the evening scenery!

We had the best time on the Vancouver Holiday Festive Dinner Cruise! We were introduced to this experience by the fabulous Alejandra Ortiz and knew right away it was exactly what we needed to celebrate the year-end.From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest staff and guided to our seats, complete with a personalized sign featuring our company name. The staff’s attention to detail and attentive service made us feel truly spoiled. The live music kept us entertained, and the beautiful views of Vancouver's skyline during the cruise made the evening magical.The food was excellent, and I especially appreciated the festive holiday menu offerings. It was such a special night, and we are so grateful for the effort that went into making our 2024 business celebration one to remember.Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience!

My wife and I had a wonderful time on this tour over Christmas! The absolute best way to spend our Christmas holiday. Our tour guide, Ben Hutchinson, was phenomenal. One of the funniest tour guides we’ve ever traveled with. Very knowledgeable of Canadian history and great restaurant/activity recommendations throughout the tour. We were laughing all the way to Banff and back. He truly loves what he does and it shows! Our driver, Brian, also made the trip amazing! He went above and beyond just getting us to and from in safe manner. He was very friendly and funny as well. In between stops, he was constantly cleaning the bus and wiping down windows to make the views more pleasurable. Highly recommended this tour and extra bonus if you get to tour with Ben and Brian!

Our concierge informed our group about this event.We caught the free shuttle bus from behind the Hyatt Hotel. And on both journeys we had excellent bus drivers.The lights were beautiful and lines to cross the bridge moved fast. Our group enjoyed a hot chocolate and donuts around a fire.Recommend going late afternoon when it’s starting to get dark so you can appreciate the lights.

What a fun day! Alex made the bus trip to the ferry seem short by sharing interesting information about the history of Vancouver and Victoria. Victoria is a beautiful, easy walking town. And the gardens were stunning!

Myself and my boyfriend did the Rockies Christmas Premium Tour in December 2021. We had lived in Vancouver for over 5 years but never made it to Banff so this Tour was the perfect opportunity for us to see Banff and take in all the beautiful sights along the way, as the tour started in Vancouver. Our route in terms of places we stayed in hotels over night was Vancouver to Chase, Chase to Banff, Banff to Golden then back home. Our tour guides were Jafar and Ken. Jafar knowledge of the history, plants and architecture of the different areas along the Rockies was amazing. I was taking notes on my phone as he spoke as I wanted to retain all the great information. He had a clear passion for what he does and great experience. Some of the stand out moments for me of the trip were: - Storytelling with indigenous elder around a bonfire in Chase - Sleigh ride in Banff on Christmas day - Lake Louise, just so beautiful to see it in the winter - How relaxing and comfy the busy was, chilled music playing and looking out the window at the beautiful sights covered in snow Ken made sure we were always organised for activities and breakfast. Brian the bus drive did an unreal job of driving in some seriously snowy conditions. This was the first package trip we have ever done in terms of having transport, tour guide, hotel and breakfast included and it was so worth it. The stress of organising a trip and figuring out what you need to see often takes the fun out of it, where as for this trip we just turned up and everything was organised and we saw all the sights. This was one of the best things I have done during my time in Canada and I will never forgot the Christmas I spent on this trip. If your thinking about it, do it, you won't regret it.
