A very enjoyable trip, the guide was excellent and extremely witty. I felt the volcano's unique beauty and the locals' love and respect for nature, both of which were captivating.

Do not even hesitate to take this tour- it was AMAZING ! Alessandro definitely takes pride he what he does and it shows. From our initial booking, with me sending him a barrage of texts with questions ( via WhatsApp ) he ALWAYS responded in a timely fashion. In addition coordinating our pick up times and drop off with the ships schedule was effortless. The tour itself was so informational and his knowledge down to every last detail was fantastic. Got to see and do a lot of things on this magnificent tour !

Ayaman was polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Everything he did for my mother and I was focused on making our experience with Velorbike tours comfortable and enjoyable. His English was excellent and his enthusiasm to give the best tour was charming. We have been in Ortigia for a few days but in one hour, we learnt so much more about it. We would highly recommend.

By pure chance, my family and I met Nicolas in front of the ruins of the Temple of Apollo... we didn't want to take a guided tour... but he, a true Aretusean in love with his city and the history of his land... won us all over by showing us the most important monuments, telling us anecdotes, stories, and dwelling on myths and legends... an unmissable tour that ended on a sweet note.. We want to thank Nicolas for his kindness, empathy, and competence... furthermore, the velobike is a Fun as well as very windy 😂

Well organised. Informative, fun. Our guide was Danilo who was really knowledgable . Nice easy walks yet with great views and all the info you would want about history geology and culture related to Etna and Sicily.

Marco was a friendly and fun companion throughout the day and very informative.He has an in depth knowledge of Etna and Sicily in gender. And also about the behaviour of bees which made the honey and wine tasting even more fascinating.He also went the extra mile sending directions to my phone for other towns we wanted to see - perfect viewpoints and places to park etc.Thank you Marco!

I had a fantastic tour to Mt. Etna today with Marco including stops for coffee, lunch and tastings (honey, olive oil and wine). He is the best guide I ever had. A different view of Etna, very broad, even more so if you enjoy the world of wine, since it has a stop full of surprises. Our view of the volcanoes is now different, more complete. Especially thanks to Alexandro, the head guide. He shares his experiences with passion and makes everything veeeery enjoyable. Recommended without a doubt. We went as a family with our daughters aged 8 and 13.

Antonio made our day on Etna a truly memorable experience. Yes, it’s important to see the lava flows across the mountain and get a chance to hike through them. But from a granita stop, to a winery visit, to stops along the road to learn the smallest of details, we learned so much throughout the tour.He clearly loves what he does and that makes the best kind of guide. Throughout the tour, he was stopping to take pictures to send to us - plus did a drone shot in one area.Logistics were a breeze too. Despite booking last minute, he made sure we had clear instructions on how to meet our driver (Taormina isn’t conducive to easy navigation) and everything was taken care of each step of the way including protective equipment.I’d recommend this to almost anyone visiting. There were some kids and older travelers. This tour isn’t too grueling, but even if you want to do a hike to the top separately, thus is a good way to learn about the mountain before submitting and take in experiences from that are integral to Etna.

FANTASTIC experience with Velobike -Velotour Syracuse! Saturday, my mother and I arrived around 2:00 PM at the station and there to welcome us was Nikolas, the guide/driver who accompanied us throughout the tour: professional, very well-prepared, and with a love for Syracuse that can be felt in every one of his words. He told us the history, anecdotes, and curiosities of the city in an engaging and pleasant way. The ride on board the eco-friendly Velobike was beautiful: we visited Ortigia and the most evocative points of Syracuse in a comfortable and sustainable way and even my 82-year-old mother didn't get too tired! What makes the service even better? The availability. Not only did they wait for us at the station, but they accompanied us to the door of our B&B...it doesn't get better than that!!!! Highly recommended for those who want to discover Syracuse and Ortigia in a different, fun, and authentic way. With Velobike it's a whole different thing! Thank you Nikolas and thank you Velobike team, you are simply SUPERLATIVE!!!

Our guide Aymen was fantastic!!! He was polite, he knew everything about Ortigias history, the buildings, the influences from differing periods and rulers, current affairs and he was so funny. We loved him to bits. We thought it would just be another tourist trap, but boy were we wrong. The velobike can travel where tuktuk’s can’t, bc it’s a little slimmer, and it’s quiet and doesn’t pollute, so it’s an awesome way to quickly see Ortigia. The breeze while the weather is warm on the tour is a godsend, and we loved every minute. Aymen was talkative, funny, very polite, a gentleman to the woman, and a good friend to the man, and he was very, very informative. Not one question he couldn’t answer, and very honest and sociable. He also offered to do photos, in romantic settings for us, and he was so much fun that we tipped him the same as the tour cost, bc he was so great. He’s so charming, warm and friendly. Both my hubby and I was thrilled when returning, bc the tour was so great and knowledgeable. Loved every minute of it. We were on a work trip, and therefore wanted quick tours with loads of facts, and we got that. Also did the tuktuks which are fun and sweet too, as well as the tour bus around the whole island, which was also good to try, but Velobike and Aymen was our favorite by far. Highly recommend. A great full-day tour of Mt. Etna! The hike had stunning views, and exploring a lava cave was a unique highlight. Our guide, Luca, was fantastic—super knowledgeable and engaging. The day ended with a delicious lunch and wine tasting at a beautiful vineyard. Highly recommend!

We booked on invidual tour with Marco. He took us to the Etna and a couple of others craters within the area. My ten years old received a lot information and enjoyed the entire trip very much. We can only recommend booking a trip with Marco the trip was its money worth.

We had a great day out with Marco our guide from Sicilife. We saw all the things we wanted to see. Marco was pleasant, knowledgeable and good company throughout the day. Highly recommend the company, who made arrangements very easy and Marco.
