That was a nice trip with 9 days driving and taking care by Ante. I planned a very intensive schedule thru 3 countries Montenegro Albania and BiH, from costal to mountain packed with boating and hiking. Ante all the way drive safe, on schedule and care. As we need to go thru boarder a few times, he plan ahead which one save time. He also pre arrange a very good boat at Kotor and Vlore for us. His car more than enough for 9pax with medium luggage. Most important we all love his arrangement to his living area with also the Farm To Table luncheon. The brunch (home made ham and cheese) follow with visit Moster , then back for full table luncheon ( we also get his homemade liquor and essential oil)For pricing, I would say very reasonable (9 day drive + 1 luncheon for 8pac) compare to my first planning of self driving.Only with his driving that I can go thru so many places in 9 days I such smooth. I absolutely will ask for 2 rounds Balkans (inner countries) or for elderly visit Balkans

Worth it!
Ante was an amazing guide for our group of 7 visiting Split from America. He took us on a full day trip from Split to Mostar and the surrounding areas. He was very informative about the history and culture of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was super friendly, fun and funny. The highlight was the time spent at his family home enjoying a fabulous traditional meal made by his mother. Incredible! Also really enjoyed the waterfalls and walking across the bridge. Highly recommend!

Highlight of our trip
This was truly a highlight of our 12 day trip to Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. The pick up from Split was easy and comfortable. The stop for food at his kitchen cooked by Ante's mother and sister was amazing. The authentic bread and charcuterie were so good. We enjoyed Mostar even though it was HOT! The return to Ante's home for lunch was spectacular-- the food was perfect and more than we could eat- and the desserts were wonderful. Ante's mother and sister were so welcoming.

My family and I took our first trip to Croatia this year, and were recommended to Ante by one of our cousins who had booked many tours with Ante over the last few years. Ante was so kind in helping us plan 2 perfect day trips via email a few months before we travelled. Once we were finally in Dubrovnik, Ante was early both days he picked us up at our hotel so we could start early and see a lot. The 5 of us spent each day with Ante in his comfortable Mercedes van, as he took us to the spots we had requested and many others we would never have experienced if it wasn’t for him. Ante shared his love of the beautiful country he grew up in with us, and his knowledge and expertise made these days the most special of our whole trip. There were many highlights, but the best one was the authentic Croatian old world lunch he arranged for us on his family property. The homemade dishes were incredible and the best meal of our trip! We can’t thank Ante enough for everything. It is our pleasure to highly recommend his private tours!

Fantastic 12 day trip
Ante was our driver for our 12 day trip across Croatia, Herzegovina and Bosnia. He speaks good English and he is a very friendly guy. He took us to the most fantastic places where we took the most beautiful pictures . He has very good knowledge about the history and places he visited. He gave us enough time wherever we went and tried to please us in whatever we wanted to do. Celebrating my birthday at his place was fantastic and his mother treated us to the best food in a warm and lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend Ante and will definitely use his services. Thank you Ante for making our holiday a fantastic one.

This trip was exactly what we needed. At the beginning we wanted to rent bikes and do a motorbike trip only, but in the end, we did a combination of riding and sailing. Amazing. The bike was a new bmw gs 1250, loved it. One little thing, first take a motorcycle ride and then go sailing. It is better that way!

Boris was our skipper and was AMAZING!! As new sailors he was kinda and patient and willing to teach us through our panic and many many many questions. We ate like kings over the week, saw many beautiful places, and learned a ton! His english is perfect! As a tourist, it is always hard to know who to trust but Boris is the guy! Hire Desmos and you know you will be taken care of and have nothing but good things to say at the end of your trip! Will definitely be doing this again next time I am back in the area.

You are going to love this "In Home" experience!
We have traveled extensively and have participated in other "farm visits", home meals, etc., but this one with Ante was THE BEST! We stopped at this lovely home on our trip from Mostar, returning to Split. Ante's Mother prepared the food (absolutely delicious!) and brought another whole facet of interest as she told us stories of the old family pieces that decorated the lovely dining area. All the food was incredible. We previously had the traditional Croatian Peka on an earlier Croatia trip, but this one was exceptional-- just perfect! We tried to decide if we loved the traditional bread or the dessert the most---it was a tie. You will just have to try it! Ante is a delightful guide. He was helpful, a careful driver, and gave us so many interesting insights into the Croatian history and life.

I would certainly recommend this tour with Cool Destinations. All the transfers were very well organized. We were met at every location with friendly helpful drivers. When the weather prevented a catamaran from leaving Hvar Island, arrangements were quickly and efficiently made for us on an alternative route. We were very pleased with the beautiful hotels. This tour let us travel independently yet we didn't have to make our own arrangements or handle our own luggage. Made for hassle-free traveling.
