Split 2026 Calendar of Events

This was hands down the best walking tour I have been on! Everything was so well organised from the meeting to the tour itself. I left the tour with a huge appreciation for the history is Split and walking around subsequent days, I felt better connected to the town!The tour went by so quick and would 100% recommend to book this!

Such a lovely afternoon on the half day speed boat trip. Matea and matej were so kind and relaxed, gave us a beer and water :) had the choice of final destination which was great.

Borris was the best!! We brought our own snacks and drinks which was perfect. He took us to a ton of fun spots that weren’t super busy where we were able to swim as much as we wanted to. Great experience!!

We visited the Trogir and the Krka Waterfalls with Guide Laura and had an amazing time. Laura was super knowledgeable and friendly, and happy to advise on all the best spots to go to. The Krka Waterfalls were beautiful, albeit very busy but that was out of the control of Cool Destinations. Trogir and Skradin were beautiful and we had time to explore by ourselves before meeting the group again, which was a nice way to explore more of Croatia. We could have spent longer, but the day is quite long already as you see multiple places. We would happily do it again but would definitely want Laura as the guide!

Outstanding event — great and generous wine pours from top Croatian wineries. Knowledgable and friendly teacher for the course. Ask for shop owner bubble wrap if you want to buy a bottle and take it back to the USA. We bought 4 bottles!

A laid back, relaxing boat ride with friendly crew. Plenty of time to take in the scenery, have a swim and a drink or two! Can definitely recommend!

I booked this tour after going with Lotus Travel to the Krka Waterfalls, and just like the previous tour, this one was absolutely amazing. Split was incredible. It has such a fascinating story and around 1700 years of history, especially Diocletian’s Palace. Henry took us around the city and showed us some of the little alleys where he actually grew up, which made the experience feel really personal and special. After that, we visited the Kliss fortress, where Henry gave us some free time to explore on our own. We took some of the most amazing photos overlooking the city of Split, and afterwards we had coffee together. Our last stop was Trogir, a cool little coastal city with a beautiful center. He showed us around the narrow alleys and took us to all the main buildings and sights. To finish the day, we had lunch at a traditional local restaurant, where we tried pastizada and other specialties. All in all, it was another wonderful trip, Henry was fantastic, the itinerary was great, and the personal touches made the whole experience truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Gabriella was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and the view was excellent. It was about 10 mins late departing due to a few people arriving late but that’s not their fault! You’ll be in great hands if you have Gabriella.

Ante was very passionate about his Croatian and Split history. Very knowledgeable with interesting facts about the palace, the architecture and its construction. The wine-tasting was outstanding. Great pairings and we stayed for lunch and another glass of wine. A fantastic morning.
