Cooking class was awesome. Loved starting out with a trip to the market to gather groceries. We started our class making sangria and loved that recipe. Cinnamon really added to the flavor. Then started to make our Paella’s. He guided us thru the process and provided recipes to make everything at home. Our group was from Sustralia, Taiwan, and US…all interesting people. Had our feast which was fabulous !! We take cooking classes in every country we visit which lets you dive into the culture of each country. Highly recommend The Cooking School.

I have been cooking for decades, and have cooked Paella numerous times - I still learned something. The instructor was energetic, clear, and engaging. The quality of the facilities, equipment were great. The ingredients were fresh and high quality. The wine flowed freely! We met some fun couples and shared great versions of paella. I highly recommend this experience.

Gabby was very attentive and tried her best to accommodate every need we had. I love that they offer different options for people who have dietary restrictions. We had a fantastic experience at Alicante Tasting Club doing the Arroz Alicantina cooking class with Olivera. It was such a fun, authentic, and memorable way to experience Spanish cuisine.Olivera was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. We learned how to prepare a proper Arroz Alicantina, picked up some great cooking tips along the way, and—best of all—got to enjoy the delicious finished dish together.The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with a great balance between learning, cooking, and having fun. A brilliant experience in Alicante and something I’d definitely recommend to anyone who loves food or wants to learn more about traditional Spanish cooking.Thank you, Olivera, Carlos and Alicante Tasting Club, for a wonderful experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a fantastic experience at this tapas cooking class. Our chef, Alba, is incredibly knowledgeable and she shared so many useful tips during the workshop - not only about preparing some of the most iconic Spanish tapas, but also about Spanish cuisine, culinary traditions and the differences between olive oils. We had the opportunity to taste some truly exceptional olive oils, alongside delicious food and very tasty Spanish wines. Alba was very warm and friendly, making sure everyone was involved and always had something to do. She managed the cooking times and the whole process like a true professional, so everything felt relaxed, well organized and truly enjoyable. Thank you so much, Alba! 🫶 We left the class with our own gifted aprons and detailed recipes for all the dishes, so we could recreate the experience at home. I have already made tortilla de patatas afterwards, and it came out perfect! This class was not only a great opportunity to learn from a passionate chef, but also a wonderful way to experience Spanish food and culture, meet great people and enjoy an absolutely delicious meal. Highly recommended! 💯
