We had a great day trip with Ilir! Shkodër was beautiful, and the farm and Venetian mask museum were both really unique stops that made the day feel special. Ilir was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It was a great way to see a different side of Albania beyond Tirana. Highly recommend!

Montenegro's coastline is stunning and the old towns in both stops are incredible. Our driver and guide, Klodian was perfect for this very long day over bumpy roads. He tended to our needs and wants on this trip. He was very informative but not overwhelming us with too much information. He is an excellent driver and we felt safe with him. We enjoyed his company. Understand that this is a very long, and bumpy road trip as they are working on roadways. But if you want a chance to visit another country without the drive, then this is the way to go.

Klondike is an excellent guide who did not overload us with information. All of our needs were met and he checked our comfort often. He catered the trip to our wishes and is an extremely safe driver! Montenegro's coastline is beautiful. The old cities in both stops are unbeatable. Be prepared for a long ride, road construction as they build a new road. But enjoy Klodi's company for the long day.

The guide made us feel immersed in the local culture. This walking tour was an opportunity to explore Shkoder that went beyond the typical tourist trail, enhanced by delightful storytelling.

Our tour was absolutely incredible. Daniel, our guide, was a brilliant and very knowledgeable, Theth was beautiful, and our guesthouse host was lovely. We were very grateful the tour still went ahead with just us two despite there being no one else on the group tour. It was an incredible opportunity to learn about the culture, history and traditions of Albania whilst getting to see some beautiful sights!

Amazing 3 day, 2 night hiking trip run by Daniel this past May. Daniel was an amazing guide and has extensive knowledge about Albania, the Balkans and hiking. On the drive to Theth he made sure we had everything we need and answered all of our questions. The two hikes on the trip were so beautiful and worth the hike to get there (even in the rain!). The home stay we stayed at in Theth was cozy, friendly and a perfect place to share stories over a traditional Albanian dinner. Only thing I’d note is that there are some discrepancies on the distances and timing (day 1 pickup) from the review and the PDF provided upon booking. Other than that - could not recommend this trip more and request for Daniel if you can!

How can one person write about a dream. This is what this tour was. Everything was more then perfect. From the moment I contacted the agency they enfolded me into their arms and gave me the best experience I could have ever asked for. Ervis my guide was perfect I was traveling solo and he ensured I had everything I needed and was safe. I have been traveling for 4 months and this agency was truly the best I have encountered ever. The hike from theth to the blue eye was stunning and arriving there was a highlight. I also want to add that nothing for this agency has been an issue to the point of when I first arrived I sat with Sirma and mentioned my tooth was sore 20 minutes later I am at the dentist. If you are looking for an agency that goes to the next level this is the one.

Such a fabulous day trip from Tirana. Budva and Kotor are stunning. Endri was an excellent driver and guide, and a genuinely lovely person to spend time with. It was really interesting to chat with Endri about life in Albania and his own experiences. Endri also went out of his way to accommodate my requests.Based on my experience, I’d thoroughly recommend Endri as well as Choose Balkans as a company - they responded quickly and arrived promptly. A lovely lady from Choose Balkans came with Endri to welcome me which was a nice extra detail; I’m not sure if that was just because I was a solo female traveller but it was a very kind gesture.

We recently took a private day trip from Albania to Montenegro , and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. My boyfriend and I loved every moment of it.A huge part of what made the trip so special was our driver and tour guide, Endri. He was incredibly helpful, informative, and professional, while also being friendly and great fun to spend the day with. He shared so much interesting knowledge about both Albania and Montenegro, which really added depth to the experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves at all times.We would highly recommend this tour company, and especially Endri as a guide. He truly made the day unforgettable!

We were picked up promptly and Marko was a great guide for our private 2 day hike. He was knowledgeable and informative. His driving around the narrow, windy roads was good and extremely competent. He set an ideal pace for the hikes.

The trip was excellent, we really enjoyed it, the guide was really nice and explained everything in an excellent way.

Just.myself and the wife ended up going and we had Armir. He was excellent. A fountain of knowledge. We learnt a lot about the history of Algeria on the way there, and lots of stuff about Schkoder castle and it's surroundings. Had a decent lunch at the restaurant. Took a walk. Generally had a blast. Definitely recommend and hope you get Armir like we did.

Mira was an amazing guide. Answered all questions patiently, and shared a lot about Albanian culture and what it’s like living in Albania today. Happened to be the only one who signed up for the tour on that day, so it turned into a private tour! Was a very relaxed journey. Definitely would recommend!

Theth was a small but lovely village with lots of history and nature. Me and my family had an unforgettable tour. We really enjoyed as an experience and defenitly will be back again, thanks also tour tour guide Ervin.
