Great beaches, excellent food. A lot of terrain to hike so wear water shoes. The crew was professional and fun!

A boat tour in bright sunshine on the lake is simply something special. The entire tour was excellently organized. On the boat, one should pay attention to where one sits to avoid constantly having exhaust fumes in one's nose.The attentiveness of the crew stood out positively. One was constantly offered drinks, small refreshments, or snacks – truly great service.The excursion destination was simply amazing. The small island where we held our barbecue at the end was dreamy. The only small downside was the many hornets on site, for which of course no one was to blame. But even for that, the owner had prepared and placed incense bowls on the tables.The barbecue itself was perfect: plenty of food, a large selection, and everything was very delicious. Together with the beautiful backdrop on the small island, it was an all-around successful experience.I would do this tour again anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Thumbs up! 👍😊

Me and my girlfriend took this trip on our vacation at Samos. First of all, the itenary shown here on Cool Destinations is very incorrect, as the boat didnt stop at Samos city, and the "Lakka" pinpoint is located on the mainland (which I guess most people understand is wrong). Otherwise, I would recommend this to all people visiting Pythagorio city! The personell on the boat and the other guests were very pleasant to us. Throughout the trip, we were served fruit and other snacks repeatedly :). About 60-70 other guests participated. The barbecue was also delicious, and we had opportunity to choose between fish, meat or vegetarian food. It would have been slightly better if the sitting areas on the boat had back Support. I think this because there was a lot of waiting while traveling between the locations, where most people would sit. And it could have been better if the cups were made of cardboard instead, avoiding eventual pollution of the ocean. Overall, it was a very good trip, and I am glad we chose to travel here :) i give it 4/5 stars.

Enjoyable day. Swim in the sea at a little bay then onwards to a small island. Swim and relax whilst waiting for Bbq to be cooked and served. Beach shoes a must as pebbly and rocky until you get further into the sea. Also the route from the boat to bbq beach is pretty precarious and make shift and you need to return to boat to use the toilet.! Extra drinks you need to pay for.

The day trip was an entertaining, pleasant experience. The services corresponded to the description. I still have a few small tips for the next guests.+ The bus driver asks for "BBQ Tour" or "Island Tour". BBQ Tour is the right tour (the German-language title is not that specific.)+ For the walk to the beach on Samiopoula, sandals are recommended; you can slip and get hurt with just flip-flops.+ The sign in front of the ship still says that the sun loungers on Samiopoula are free. That was probably the case at one time, but now the loungers there are private and unavailable. (But for the short hour, that is hardly an issue.)+ The beach with the BBQ is quite rocky; beach shoes are recommended here (as almost everywhere).+ On the ship, it can get very chilly due to the wind, despite the sun. A scarf or a long-sleeved shirt is recommended.+ The drink prices on the boat are fair. Bring cash for payment and expect to spend about €10 to €20 per person, depending on consumption.The opportunity to jump from the boat into the water was a small highlight at the end of the trip 😎

Overall it was a very nice day! The tour started with the hotel pickup. This was a bit chaotic in nature (hence only 4 stars), the bus driver did not really know about the tour. The only thing he wanted to know when he got in was “BBQ?”, after which I didn’t know if it was really the boat tour and not another event where there was only one BBQ. Despite these start difficulties everything worked out fine. Only the link of Cool Destinations, where the boat is located, did not match the location. Therefore, go after the Google Maps link. The crew of the boat was very friendly and helpful. At the beginning, either juice or alternatively wine was served as well as fresh fruit. The first stop was Samiopoula. A dreamlike beautiful island. However, the ascent over the island to the other side leads over uneven stones. The view of the sandy beach is beautiful! We stayed there for an hour. Please note, however, that there are no sunbeds or umbrellas available there. Next we drove on to Kakorema. There, the BBQ was personally prepared by the captain. In advance, they asked on board if you would rather eat meat or fish. The stay there was three and a half hours. Sun loungers and parasols/sails are available. It is a stone beach, so bathing shoes or other suitable shoes should be taken. For dinner, the captain blew a horn so everyone knew the BBQ was ready. It tasted delicious and was a unique experience. Both on the boat and on Kakorema there is a toilet. Overall it was a very nice and successful day!

We liked A boat, there was many places were sit down. Samiopoula was amazing place swimming. Good fresh food on private beach, peaceful place. It was very nice boat trip whit wonderfull stuff.

At the beginning, sweet Sami wine and orange juice were distributed, as well as small snacks. Samiopoula is very mountainous, but has a beautiful sandy beach on the other side. However, we were only there for an hour, and we were not allowed to use the umbrellas and beach chairs because they were reserved for guests on another boat. After that, we went to the private Kakorema beach. There was just enough space for everyone, if there had been more people, they would not have been able to get a place under the "sunshade", if you can call it that. The food was really good, beforehand on the boat we were asked whether we wanted to eat meat or fish and the captain did the grilling himself. The captain's announcements on the boat itself could not be understood because the boat was already very loud. However, the crew also included a lady who always announced everything loudly.There were toilets on the boat and also on Kakorema beachApart from the fact that you shouldn't look at the boat if you are seasick or could get seasick, you should also be able to stand the smell of petrol when you are on the boat.And very important, don't book through Cool Destinations under any circumstances. I spoke to a woman who only paid €33 or around €40 with pick-up on their website. Cool Destinations offers it for €52.

Such a great way to spend a relaxing day on Samos! The boat ride was a nice way to see the southern side of the island. Samiopoula was a nice quick stop to a beautiful beach but the private beach was also fantastic. You might want to bring swim shoes for that one though as the stones are hot! The food and drinks were amazing! The crew was very friendly, efficient, and welcoming. It was impossible to hear what Captain Andreas was saying on the boat though. Definitely bring plenty of water but no food. They give you snacks on the way there and back. I do think their listing should be updated with more information about where they dock because it took me some time to find. And also more information about the schedule of the day.

We took a day trip to Samiopoula and Kokkorema beach.We had a great time.The boat was big enough,comfortable and clean.The crue was very friendly and really made us feel welcome.They served us wine,dry or sweet and orange juice free of charge which was a nice suprise since we didn t expect it.Both beaches were great with clean and warm water escpecially the one where we had a nice lunch.All in all it was a great tour,very well organized.Many thanks to RHENIA TOURS for recommending us this trip.

Admittedly, I had no real expectations for what this tour would be like but am elated to say that it was amazing ! We stopped at Samiopoula, hiked for 2-3mins to a secluded beach that was well worth the effort. It was stunning! Next stop was Kakorema, where we were allowed to swim and enjoy the sun for 3.5hrs. This is the stop where the amazing crew and captain prepared a scrumptious bbq lunch. I can’t express enough how yummy the food was. I highly recommend this tour. You’ll have fun conversations with other tour guests and experience a really satisfying visit to Samos! If you’re looking for a fancy boat, this isn’t it. If you want to experience a simple, comfortable sunny day at sea, book this trip immediately.
