Lorenzo was an excellent guide in Alberobello and Giuseppe in Matera was also very good. The itinerary was about right with plenty of time to hang out in cafes to rest from walking in the heat. There is a public toilet in the main square in Matera.

Great day out and I would highly recommend! The only problem was that it wasn't long enough! I want to go back to Matera to fully visit it. I was interested in a tour of and experiencing Matera so I booked this. Alberobello was just a nice bonus add-on for me but it was still pretty. Alberobello was just some nice houses and very small, once you've seen it, then that's it. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a guided tour for Alberobello. Matera however is huge and totally worth it! I felt like I was stood on sacred ground. It is an ancient and very fascinating town. I recommend the guided tour. Our tour guide, Cosomo, was very knowledgeable and would answer any questions participants had. The coach was also a smooth ride. The air-conditioning functioned but wasn't the best but better than nothing. Enough leg room and comfortable seats.

Our experience was so memorable, thanks to this wonderful private tour we booked. The guide made us feel like family. The festive decorations and holiday atmosphere added to the charm of this picturesque town. The tour included visits to local artisan shops, where we enjoyed authentic seasonal treats and also some regional specialties. We also enjoyed the stop at a boutique shop where we purchased unique handmade ornaments as souvenirs.

We felt happy to see some of the iconic traditional types of houses, adorned with twinkling lights and festive decorations. The aromas of traditional holiday treats was irresistible, so we sampled some roasted chestnuts at the local market. The tour guide definitely made traditions and history come alive.

The experience was lovely. The bus was clean and comfortable. The drivers and guides were professional. The amount of time at each location was just right for a first time experience. It was a good value for the price.

Reception and punctuality at the departure.Bus , clean and quiet. Driver with "smooth" and safe driving. Beautiful Alberobello and Matera. The guide, Pasquale, engaging and friendly, responds flexibly to needs (eg urgent need for toilets, cafes, restaurants...) and any questions. A really nice organization, from the first contact on social to the final greeting. I highly recommend!

I got to see many historical places, such as the Church of Saint Anthony of Padua, Trulli di Alberobello Puglia and Casa D'Amore. The festive atmosphere in Alberobello was so pleasant. I also like to thank the tour guide, without whom this tour would not have been such a nice memory to remember.

It was a well-organized excursion to very worth seeing goals, of which Matera made the greatest impression.

Good day tour of both wonderful towns. I would have loved more time in each town. Maybe spending one day on each place.

Overall tour was excellent. Driver Nico did an outstanding job, I felt secure and safe as we traveled. First stop in Alberobello was ok. I did the self guided tour and truthfully this is the reason I rated the tour a 4. Because we got there in the morning, I was done walking around before most food places were open. I ended up walking around aimlessly for over an hour. Suggest maybe less time or later departure. Matera was fantastic. Lot to see and the guide Pascal(?) was great. Be prepared to walk a lot, up and down hills.

Although the weather wasn't the greatest, we had a fantastic day out. The location for pick up in Bari was very easy to locate and the pre tour briefing was very thorough. The bus took us to the historic towns of Alberobello and then onto Matera. The driver of the bus (can't remember his name) was great and ensured everyone was comfortable. The guide at Matera (Pasquale) was great and explained everything in great passion and detail.

I liked that Matera’s guide was exclusively for speaking Spanish. Very complete his explanations of the sassis

Top organization; friendly local people; departures on time; very good bus driver (Daniele), very good guidebooks in Alberobello (Michaela) and Matera (Linda); for Alberobello you can book a guided tour for an extra charge of 15€ including tasting of olive oil. The tour is highly recommended overall!

Well organised in comfortable air conditioned bus. Particularly want to mention Pasquale our guide at Matera. He did a fantastic job speaking in Spanish, English and Italian throughout the tour. So informative and knowledgeable on the history of Matera and didn’t rush. Highly recommend.

There was nothing to fault in this tour. On time, lovely driver, really good guides that made the visits relatable and informative, lots of guidance as/if needed. And all done with a smile.
