Jared was waiting outside with a sign with my name on it. He was courteous, and the vehicle was nice.

Driver arrived on time and journey was smooth. Driver was helpful despite the language barrier. Car was a little warm.

Our driver was timely for our pickup, helped us with our baggage, and drove smoothly the entire way. The vehicle was neat and comfortable for two. He was friendly and pointed out things of interest along the way. Can't imagine how it would be better.

From taxi rides to excursions and tours, we can highly recommend this agency. We usually make little use of it and tend to relax, but in Puerto you won't get far without a scooter or a car. We had the greatest happiness in the world! Our hotel in Puerto Escondido sent us a driver to Oaxaca de Juárez to pick us up. It was Iván who was on the road for over four hours to pick us up as agreed at point 12. The ride was so pleasant and relaxed, the playlist was great and we learned a lot about Mexico, Iván speaks great English and a great person. We were always in contact with the agency (Alberto) from that point on, who always answered us immediately and made great suggestions. We were with Ivan not only at a baby turtle station that takes care of turtles and which you can let into the sea yourself, but also booked a dolphin watching and a full day trip to some of the most beautiful beaches, including a great sunset. Iván not only knows the best spots, places and people, he is also a great guide and contemporary, you learn so much from him about country and people. We will always magically remember these experiences we had on our honeymoon. Thanks ❤️

Unfortunately, the driver could not find the house. I had sent the address twice but all he had was the title. Casa de las palmas. I guess he assumed it was the Las Palmas Hotel and he knew where it was. They drove around looking for almost an hour. I do not know what happened to all of the information that I sent that included the street and house number. Otherwise the driver was great, very safe

We took this shuttle from our hotel in PE to our hotel in Huatulco. Driver came on time and drove very safe. No complaints. Very easy to communicate logistics over WhatsApp.Very fair prices!

This company made our honeymoon in Mexico very easy and special. We ended up riding with them a total of 3 times! Sebastian (who drove us to Puerto- he was THE BEST, you should request him if you can!), and Oscar (who took us not just to Monte Alban, but from there to the airport in Oaxaca which was SO convenient!) and Isaias were absolutely great. Not to mention Jailene was incredibly responsive and helpful even with information that had nothing to do with their services. I wish every company was half as great as them. 1,000% recommend Oaxaca Shuttle for your visit!

The driver was excellent professional and safe. The vehicle itself could have been better. The shock absorbers seemed to be on the squishy side and the seats did NOT recline which is not ideal for a 3 hour drive.

Jared & Pedro were absolutely amazing!!! They took care of us for our entire trip. They arrived in timely fashion, very friendly. Gave us great recommendations for food & things to do. Good communication with Jared ahead of the airport pick-up and polite service to meet us outside the airport terminal, with a sign that displayed our name. We were also able to organise our return journey with them once we'd arrived. Most other local services only accept cash, or charge a fee for using a card.
