Even though it wasn't their responsibility, the team handled everything with incredible professionalism and kindness.They immediately offered us a partial refund without us even asking, which really shows how much they care about their customers. Their customer service is truly outstanding and goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy.The part of the tour we were able to enjoy was absolutely fantastic. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made every moment enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized, and we only wish we could have stayed for the full experience.If you're looking for a company that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers exceptional tours, I highly recommend Prague Best Experience. Martin was very friendly and clearly had lots of experience. He has 20 years of climbing under his belt and he does a very great job at sharing his knowledge. I learned a lot and had an absolute blast. He also takes many extra steps to ensure everyone’s safety.

Climbing was a lot of fun. The guides were very nice and provided security. We did the climbing in combination with a kayak tour. For a school trip a great thing.

We had a great John in nature. This was amazing trip with amazing guide. Bastei Is from Chronicles of Narnia, So kids loved it. Highly reccomended. It Is something different And it Is Amazing.

We had an amazing day doing rock climbing in Prague. The guides were great: helpful, knowledgeable and with a great sense of humour. It was our first time and we learned some much about climbing. It is a beautiful place too. Hard to believe that you are not too far from the Prague city centre. It is a great way of enjoying a different side of Prague. Highly recommended!

Martin is super nice. He speaks good English and is very engaging. He clearly knows what he is doing. He is a competent river guide and rock-climbing instructor. The tour was perfect in terms of the time spent on the river and the time spent rock climbing. As for the difficulty, it was challenging, but something that a reasonably fit amateur can accomplish. The hike up to the rock-climbing location is a bit of a challenge as well, but also accomplishable for someone comfortable with outdoor hiking. He brought us a very simple, but nice, lunch. He even dropped us off at a different location at our request. The only negative is that he is not very good at pre-trip communication. We had a hard time getting responses form him ahead of time on issues such as confirming the trip time and pickup location and proper attire. Our questions were answered late the night before the trip. He also took pictures along the river canoe since we put our phones in waterproof cases, but we have yet to receive them despite multiple requests.

With Felix it was a great day. We were in Pravčická gate And Bastei bridge where Narnia was shooting. Great day with a lot of Adventura

It was the second time we book the tour via Prague Best Experience and as always it was wonderful experience. It was trip to nature with so many beuatiful places. Our guide Dasha was great and we had a perfect time.
